The suite we booked was spacious and bright. Being on a high floor with unobstructed views, the room was excellent. We could enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. The winter air was dry and warm, and we could see the Suzhou Creek. The hotel is located on Danba Road in Putuo District, in an industrial park with no residential buildings nearby, making the environment quiet and comfortable. The hotel's cleaning staff did a very good job, and noticing we drank a lot of water, they thoughtfully left a postcard with a message and added extra bottles. On the day of check-in, since we weren't familiar with the hotel, the receptionist was very helpful and assisted us. We were very grateful! The hotel breakfast was plentiful every day. The bus stops for routes 44 and 766 are just over 100 meters away, making public transportation very convenient. It's a little further to the airport via Metro Line 2 (Weining Road Station), requiring crossing a bridge, but the scenery along the Suzhou Creek is quite nice. We stayed for 10 days and had a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay at the All Seasons Changfeng Park Hotel again next time we're in Shanghai.

1. After booking through Ctrip, I found that the same room type was 10% cheaper elsewhere, and it even included breakfast for two. Ctrip didn't include breakfast and the booking was non-refundable. I'm giving Ctrip this bad review first.

2. There was an unpleasant odor near the bed when I entered the room (a dog-like smell). I contacted staff and they changed my room promptly.

3. The socket on the bedside table was loose, and the plug couldn't be inserted properly. There was a spilled liquid, possibly coffee or milk tea, in the elevator that wasn't cleaned up immediately. It was difficult to even step inside the elevator.

4. Two bags of trash were conspicuously placed at the elevator entrance. I don't know if they were thrown away by other guests or what, but they weren't cleaned up promptly.

The hotel was recently renovated and the cleanliness is acceptable. The location is a bit remote, with few nearby restaurants. The room is old-fashioned, with a yellowish color that feels a bit worn. The room is much smaller than the pictures show, probably due to the wide-angle lens. Overall, it has everything you need, and the front desk staff are very friendly, but I'm not a fan of the room's style.

The first time I checked in, I didn't book so many days in advance and told the front desk to arrange a quieter room. The front desk was very patient and arranged a very quiet room. Because the first time I checked in, the experience was good, so I booked two rooms this time. As a result, I booked in advance this time and noted that I wanted a quiet room. When I arrived, I told the front desk that I couldn't sleep because of the noise, but they still arranged a very noisy room. At night, I don't know if it was the sound of the subway passing by outside the south-facing room, which was super noisy every few minutes. At around 11 o'clock, a guest checked in and the door was closed 10 times in 10 minutes. In addition, there was a noise like the subway passing by outside every few minutes, which made it impossible to fall asleep. Many small moths were found in the toilet. The hygiene needs to be improved!

I took my mother to stay at Changfeng All Seasons Hotel. The ladies and brothers at the front desk were enthusiastic, the hotel was clean, the noodles and braised eggs for breakfast were delicious, and the hotel staff were very polite. I will stay there again next time.
