It was very clean and comfortable. Looks like this hotel is very new or renovated recently. I am fully satisfied with everything, for instance room size was big enough and very spacious. Only issue was breakfast was mostly Chinese, there were not much of choices for whom those are not really used to eating Chinese food.

This is my second time here in the hotel and Ali and the staff have been amazing. Aron helped me so much last visit with internet issues. The staff are so incredibly helpful and kind. If you need to be in Kunshan, this is a decent place. I booked it because it was close to a place I was going for a meeting and in a lot of ways it's a pretty standard high end business hotel in a non first tier city. I had a fantastic stay at the Novotel Kunshan Yangcheng Lake. My room was oversized and luxurious, with a very comfortable bed. Front desk staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. I look forward to returning to Kunshan and staying in the Novotel again.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly; they didn't hesitate to ask for a few bottles of water at the front desk. The only downside is the location; it's a short walk to the street with restaurants. The laundry room is inside the gym; you need a room key to enter. Laundry is free.

Actually the decoration is nice. But 1. I saw cockroach babies when I entered the room and killed them. 2. The decoration smell in the room was so strong that I woke up in the middle of the night. 3. I agree that the decoration noise in the building will not let you sleep for a minute at noon.

The hotel is newly opened, the room facilities are very good, and the service attitude of the front desk is also very online. It is worth a try

The overall service lacks enthusiasm and vitality! It has just opened and I guess there wasn’t any good training and assessment during the preparation period. This is the case with all hotels now. Recruitment is difficult! The room smells quite big! The air conditioning and refrigerator worked very well! The breakfast room is too small. The noodles are good, but worse than the Hampton breakfast.

The transportation is convenient, about 500 meters from Zu Chongzhi Station of Metro Line 11. Clean and hygienic nearby Tongcheng Garden and various delicious food.
