The room service menu was also quite limited, with no Western food options available. I had hoped to use the swimming pool during our stay, but the pool area and changing rooms were quite cold, so I decided not to use the facilities.
That said, we truly enjoyed our stay overall. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming, and their attentiveness made our time at the hotel very pleasant.
Ruby checked us in and was warm, welcoming and able to answer all of our queries.
It was too hot to go kayaking but the novelty of the go-karts on a basketball/tennis court was nice.
Would visit again for a relaxed night away.
Hospitality is top.
The kids love the outside pool, the main reson we stay at Fairmont every year during the Summer Holidays for a few days.
The indoor Playground is for me too small, too hot, but, for FREE and my kids age 6-10 can enjoy themselves nevertheless, for hours there!
There is a small farm, archery, Go-cart, but we went only once, a bit expensive, the outside pool is enough for them!

有一个小农场，射箭，卡丁车，但我们只去了一次，有点贵，外面的游泳池就足够了！
