GRAND Cozy Hotels in Nanjing

The environment was clean and the service was excellent. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Nanjing.

There are tons of restaurants nearby, including Starbucks, Luckin Coffee, KFC, and Burger King. Kexiang Food Street is just on the way to the subway, and it's super close to two subway stations.

Location is so good. amenities all around. All within walking distance.

Overall, no major issues; it's good value for the price and the location is excellent. I'd recommend staying here. A couple of suggestions for improvement: the lighting on the second floor is too dim. Also, the robot delivery service only goes as far as the staircase, not to the door. If the robot can't reach the room, they should use a person for delivery instead of making guests go out to the staircase in their pajamas in the freezing cold.

In the center area, the hotel needs some new touch up.

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciate the excellent service provided by Xiao Yu. From the moment we checked in, Xiao Yu took great care of us and was extremely helpful in every way.

Our luggage was delayed by the airline, and since we do not have a Chinese phone number and cannot speak Chinese, the airline arranged to deliver the luggage to the hotel instead. Xiao Yu kindly communicated with the delivery staff on our behalf, helped receive our luggage, and informed us immediately once it arrived. We are sincerely grateful for the help and support.

The room itself was very comfortable. The heater worked perfectly, keeping the room warm even though it was cold outside. The bathroom was clean, and the basic amenities were well provided. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the blanket was incredibly cozy, allowing us to sleep very well.

The hotel is also conveniently located in an area full of food options, with many shops and restaurants nearby, making it very easy to get around.

Highly recommended for anyone considering staying at this hotel. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

The room design is comfortable, with two floors and two beds (one king, one queen), perfect for a family of three. It's clean and tidy, and the environment is nice. The hotel is right next to Fuzi Temple, making it super convenient for sightseeing and enjoying local food. The service was warm and attentive, and we even received a small gift – highly recommend!

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic, and while breakfast is served at the hotel next door, it offers a great selection of Nanjing specialties. Getting around is super convenient with both the subway and bikes readily available, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby.

All excellent. Central location. Good bed. Strong shower. Useful amenities. Only downside is free laundry is only between morning and 8pm. Most guests would wash at night so this should be considered.
