Hotel was brillant and staff was even more amazing, had a free upgrade and I had a much needed rest. HIghly recommneded for travellers and also family friendly. Thank you for the great experience. Unfortunately, I was not able to accumulate points for Shangri La as I booked third party.

Amazing location and gorgeous hotel. We stayed two nights and it was great. Right next to a subway and a small new mall with a couple of places to eat. The staff were so friendly and even gave us biscuits as a goodbye present!

This is not a 5 Star hotel as it is advertised. I would give it 3+ star at most. Rooms are old, with a smell of smoke. Clean, but renovations are very outdated. Breakfast was just OK. A lot of options, but the taste was not the best. There are much better options in town for the same money.

We have stayed in many hotels in different cities in China and we rate our stay at the Central as the best! Excellent friendly service from all staff, comfortable accommodation, delicious breakfasts and location close to all the tourist spots all contributed to a wonderful experience.

If you like architecture, you must come here once. There are more than 20 buildings in the hotel park. It is very comfortable to stay in the hotel and walk around. There are guides at the front desk of the hotel. When there are not many guests, you can use the battery to pick you up. I will come again next time for a three-day and two-night staycation.

Situated by a lake, we were fortunate to have a room with the lake view. It is away from the heart of the city but easy to get on the subway and get around fine. Good room layout, great surroundings for walking or running, beautiful parks near to do exercise.

The hotel was fine however, the room we booked (the child room with toys etc) might have been a bit dusty and as a result my son had an asthma attack. Great location and overall clean hotel (no stains on walls or carpet). However, this hotel is starting to show its age. Spray painted wood veneer cover up and built before sound proofing windows. Traffic horns heard on 17th floor from 6:30 am to midnight. I would stay at a newer location with better sound proof windows unless location is most important to you. The location is super convenient, not far from any major tourist destination. There are mnay restsurants and cinemas and shopping crntres nearby. The service is also very good, with free flowing drinkings for everyone to enjoy on the first floor. The only shortcoming is the space of the room is a bit tight. Wifi gets disconnected easily. If one is working using that wifi, it is rather bad. Other facilities are good and the location is ideal. Food around are quite good.

Hotel is a little old. Receptionists is helpful. However, they are not well versed in English. So for non Mandarin speaking guests, it will be somewhat challenging to communicate with them. Favorite hotel when we go to Nanjing. Downtown convenient location just outside subway station going directly to Nanjing two train stations. Very friendly staff, big and bright bedroom, clean, nice modern design. Will definitely stay there again !

Clean. Checked in late that night. And Wanted to check out late to see if it is possible but the latest check out time was 2pm. As compare to places like atour was able to extend my timing to 6pm. Overall clean and easy to get around as it’s right beside the train station.
