Great location and the staff was really nice and helpful! The room was really simple and the bed was not the best, but that was not a problem for us. However, we had an unexpected surprise when in the middle of the night while going to the toilet, I saw a cockroach on the floor…it ended up hiding inside the lavatory/vanity and we just blocked the way out. It did not ruined our stay but it was not nice...

This hotel is absolutely terrible. The only good thing about it is its location. I really can't say anything positive about the rest. They advertised a 'double breakfast,' but it turned out to be at the 7-Eleven next door – just a hamburger, an egg tart, and soy milk made from powder. The hamburger even had ice in it! I took two bites and was sick all day. If I hadn't been on my way to another city...

Traveling solo was great; the staff, especially Xiao Wu at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and welcoming even late at night. The king-size room was really cozy and even had a small table, perfect for a late-night snack.

Xiao Wu at the front desk provided excellent service. The environment was satisfying and the location was great.

My friend accidentally left their phone in a Didi car. Since we were using an international number, we couldn't contact Didi directly. The hotel front desk was incredibly helpful, proactively assisting us in contacting Didi customer service and the driver. In the end, we successfully got the phone back! I highly recommend this hotel; their service is truly outstanding! 🫡🫡🫡

The hotel's location is super convenient, right outside a subway entrance. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The butler service was enthusiastic, and check-in was incredibly fast. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The hotel is conveniently located right above a subway station, with the Presidential Palace, Jiming Temple, and Xinjiekou all within walking distance, making getting around super easy. The hotel is right next to the subway station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. There are all sorts of street food vendors nearby, and you can even walk to Zhujiang Road, which is another hub for great food.

Got a free room upgrade, which was great! The location is super convenient, close to the subway, and you can easily walk to attractions like the Presidential Palace and Jiming Temple. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the hotel also offered lunch sets that tasted pretty good.

Hotel has a traditional vibe and updated facility with even a garden and koi pond for kids to explore. Greeted by professional and very warm crew every day. Breakfast has quite a lot of local food options. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was very spacious. Although the last renovation was quite some time ago, it's still well-maintained and very clean. Some of the facilities are a bit old but complete, and the thoughtful little details are great. The service attitude was also very good. One suggestion: it might be time to replace the electric kettle, as there's a thick layer of white limescale around the spout.

Every time I visit Nanjing, I stay here. Especially the ancient trees and buildings in the courtyard, and the hotel staff who provide a warm, professional, and reliable experience – everything is top-notch. I'm very satisfied, and the Trip.com service was also exceptionally convenient and on point.

I spent a long time choosing a hotel and settled on this one because of its rich history and wonderfully atmospheric decor. I was so lucky that on the morning we left, I opened the curtains to a beautiful snowy scene – it made our Nanjing trip absolutely perfect! Conveniently located with a subway station right across from the hotel. You can easily bike to Fuzimiao (Confucius Temple) from here. The environment is quite clean, and there's a small park nearby. If your room faces the park, you can enjoy the city sunrise from there in the morning.

This is an older hotel with a great location, very close to Metro Line 3, making it convenient to get anywhere. The lobby is grand and the hotel has a long history. The facilities are much better than the service; the attitude of a few front desk staff was quite off-putting.

Great value for money! It's just a few minutes' walk from the airport. There's a 24-hour supermarket downstairs. On top of that, I left my charger after checking out the next day, and they kindly held onto it and even helped me arrange for it to be mailed back. Definitely recommend!

Overall, no major issues; it's good value for the price and the location is excellent. I'd recommend staying here. A couple of suggestions for improvement: the lighting on the second floor is too dim. Also, the robot delivery service only goes as far as the staircase, not to the door. If the robot can't reach the room, they should use a person for delivery instead of making guests go out to the staircase...
