No one answers the phone.. and it can be hard to find at night after a 20h trip, a lot of guys hustling on those streets .. despite finding the hostel, it happened to have a water flood so I was sent to another place .. I was given a box room, smelled of anti cokroach chemical.. no windows, electric water heater which was switched off so shower was cold on arrival. Holes in the sheet and well worn bed linen.. no space for luggages, your option is to put them under the bed but not really practical when wanting to repack .. especially if there’s two of you ! There’s only space for opening the door. I guess that’s what you get for the price.. also I woke up with a little cockroach crawling around … so if you’re stuck and need to crash it’s ok!

I was traveling alone when I stayed there, and it was pretty good. I recommend booking in advance, otherwise, the price will go up. For example, if you try to book it on Trip.com the next day, you'll find the price has increased again.

There was no one at the reception whenever you need something. There was no water heater in the previous room I booked for 3 persons. No one was there to assist us . It is also not convenient to check I. As the place is different from the reception or the check-in counter. You have to go to another building to check I. First before you can go straight to the hotel. Very in convenient

I had a fantastic stay at KK Hotel (Hostel) by Dhillon Hotels HK Limited. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. This hotel only advantage is it’s close to downtown.

The attendant ,Mr.Singh’s service is very good. Although I have to follow him to walk around all blocks to distribute rooms , i feel his sincere attitude for serving us that I should be patiently waiting as we didn’t pay much for an accommodation.

Regarding the room, finally I was assigned with a not bad room in Tsim sha TSUI building, it’s clean with good air-con. Hkd 200 is worthy for it.

Great food, excellent & Super fast service, good ambience, decent music gelling with ambience.. The desert taste & presentation was really impressive!

What particularly impressed me, was that the manager, who saw us viewing the menu, noticing that am Indian, might have a possibility of being vegetarian, and so promptly suggested about the vegetarian options as well.
All in all, I had a great experience & would certainly return.

Service, for the most part, was great. The manager and our server were lovely. The food is a bit average though, unfortunately. The Parma pizza was constructed very oddly so the rocket was all in a pile in the middle under the ham so it was quite soggy and difficult to cut/eat. Seemed like a bit too many ingredients for the base. The cannelloni was not really well-seasoned and kind of bland. All you could taste was the wine really.

Seems like a nice place at first, but then:
You have to wait for seats.
The order takes a while to get to the table. Water is dripping from the ceiling onto you or your plate.
The beef (dish n.1) is plastic like.
The dish n.2 is called spicy but none of us were able to eat it, and the noodles were cold (yes the dish is supposed to be cold, but it was freezing), and they refused to warm it up a little.
So you pay 80$HK for a dish were you can only eat the dumplings (which were good and warm by the way).
Very disappointed by the food, and even more by how the employees reacted (they just laughed at us because we couldn't eat the entire plate).

Superb location and the best dim sum offered during the golden week. Managed to visit it only on the last day and it did not disappoint me. Recommended by locals and foreigners alike. Food is great, price is worth it, place has good seating, free wifi, takeouts available. This place is highly recommended for a dim sum visit.
