Don't expect much, good location though. Waiting for the elevator is tedious. Only place where you can sleep on a reasonable budget.

It is a good location. Easy access to MTR 3 mins walk, Star Ferry 6 mins walk and buses on Nathan road. Took an A21 airport bus, which is 3 min walk away.

Lots of restaurants nearby and some are reasonably price and tasty food. Drugstore and Watson are next door.

Money changers are everywhere, and rates are good .

However, due to the high traffic to use the hotel lift, it needs to take a while to queue daily. The staircase is not very clean.

The room is small but comfortable enough for a short stay. Sadly, the strata living building toilets have bad smell from the drain holes. Toilets door need to be close all the time.

All the staff are amicable and nice.

It's just an appointment divided into small partitions, i thought it would be a normal room for two adults but it's just 2 beds 70 cm with no space to do anything and the bathroom is very small, you literally shower sitting on the toilet seat 😄 also they added extra little fees that wasn't mentioned.

Very disappointing stay – would not recommend.
1. Hidden fees: They charged an extra €5 (despite "all-inclusive" pricing) and admitted it was a trick to get more bookings.
2. Lots of inconsistencies with what you see online: The check out is 11:30 even though it says 12:00.
3. Dishonest pricing:When we tried to book a second night, they suddenly raised the price after seeing the online rate.
3. Broken "AC": The unit was just a noisy fan—no cooling at all. We had to unplug it and suffer in the summer heat.
4. Poor room conditions: Tiny, cramped space with dirty bedsheets.
5. No customer support: We had a package delivered, but the hostel refused to help receive it—we had to wait all day ourselves.
Unprofessional and uncomfortable – stay elsewhere.

Good service but the food is average in my experience

Great food, excellent & Super fast service, good ambience, decent music gelling with ambience.. The desert taste & presentation was really impressive!

What particularly impressed me, was that the manager, who saw us viewing the menu, noticing that am Indian, might have a possibility of being vegetarian, and so promptly suggested about the vegetarian options as well.
All in all, I had a great experience & would certainly return.

Service, for the most part, was great. The manager and our server were lovely. The food is a bit average though, unfortunately. The Parma pizza was constructed very oddly so the rocket was all in a pile in the middle under the ham so it was quite soggy and difficult to cut/eat. Seemed like a bit too many ingredients for the base. The cannelloni was not really well-seasoned and kind of bland. All you could taste was the wine really.

We enjoyed ourself immensely. The food was excellent, service was first class. Gazi, the manager, was a very charming man who was very hospitable. We will come here every time we come to hongkong.

Pretty average but staff service was good.

Seems like a nice place at first, but then:
You have to wait for seats.
The order takes a while to get to the table. Water is dripping from the ceiling onto you or your plate.
The beef (dish n.1) is plastic like.
The dish n.2 is called spicy but none of us were able to eat it, and the noodles were cold (yes the dish is supposed to be cold, but it was freezing), and they refused to warm it up a little.
So you pay 80$HK for a dish were you can only eat the dumplings (which were good and warm by the way).
Very disappointed by the food, and even more by how the employees reacted (they just laughed at us because we couldn't eat the entire plate).

Long waiting time during lunch. When I go inside the smell like a stink bomb here, noodles taste is worse than 5 years ago as well as the service, a bit disappointed ?

The tomato soup based udon was not rich, but still ok. I would prefer going to some other udon places to get the tomato soup based udon. The beef appetizer is pretty good on the other hand. Love their idea of putting a pig head fish cake to the udon to add some cuteness lol

Hot udon is good, but used to be better before. Soup is tasty though a bit oily. Snacks are just of normal standard.
