Yessin was fine and its also near the nearest mtr station. Tho our bathroom smells like smoke, maybe from the air that the exhaust gets. The walls for the hallway and the rooms were kind of thin, I had a bad experience of having another customer shout at us for always going out and in talking. We were given 2 gate passes. Our room kind-of being cleaned and check by the admin, whenever we were not there. There are many nearby establishments and its nice to get lost at night.

I wanted to give 3 stars but all of the employees are not welcoming nor friendly. I stayed in about 15 hostels this year (Europe and Asia) and never happened before!! I booked in advanced for 5 nights otherwise I would have go to another Hostel the next day.
I wouldn't go here again but if you're looking for a cheap place "why not".

Do not know why this one has such a high rating. Like some other youth hostels in Causeway Bay or Wan Chai, it's just a few apartment units spread on a few floors of a residential building. Though the price of a dorm bed is quite low for this hostel, the quality is very bad (Unfortunately, the others are still even worse, cramped, noisy and expensive). The only good thing I found for this one is that it is close to the subway. Avoid if you can.

Nice staff, but small no communal room, and just no space to turn around - even worse with a big bag!!
Small bathroom, no tea just bad coffee powder, I dont recommend the level 15 ... Maybe the other levels...
Like the street around but if you can speak chinese try Jordan area !

I have been living in this serviced apartment for many years. Its location near the city center is extremely convenient, and the rooms are fully furnished with everything needed for daily life, making it a very comfortable place to live.
Above all, the staff are truly kind and welcoming, which makes this place feel especially warm and comfortable.
Recently, I suddenly became ill and collapsed. Even though it was outside business hours, the staff responded immediately by calling an ambulance, and one of them even accompanied me to the hospital. Although I have lived in Hong Kong for many years, it was my first time taking an ambulance in a foreign country, and I was extremely anxious. Having a staff member by my side gave me tremendous reassurance and comfort.
I cannot thank them enough for their prompt and compassionate support. This is not just a place to live, but a place where you can truly feel genuine human kindness. I sincerely appreciate all the staff for their constant care and support.

I have been staying here almost 3 years.
The reasons are reasonable price, nicely managed facilities, friendly staff.
If there is any issues with facilities, manager and staff respond quickly to resolve issues. Highly recommend this place anyone.

Great experience at a post modern/ new normal tourist hotel which is extra clean and problem free. I like especially my 2001 room number and its separation of basin and shower area. Though not large , the rooms here are use efficient. Free coffee/tea is available 24/7 on the lobby floor where ample free seating provides social space for guests and their visitors. Highly recommended!

Requested for higher floor and they give us 30th. Good location where everything is within walking distance: convenience store just few steps from the entrance, Starbucks just across the street and of course MRT is only 140 meters away.

This hotel is very good for those who don't need a big room. All rooms are 15 square metres in size. The location is good with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel also offers very simple free self-served breakfast and free coffee and filtered water. Don't forget to request a room on a higher floor for a better view.

Quick Facts: 1) English menus 2) Order and pay at the register and sit down 3) They seem to keep a menu on a podium by the door so you don't have to feel awkward waiting around at the register deciding what to order if it's busy, as there isn't any wall menu to view behind the counter 4) Breakfast menu is 8:30 A.m. - 10:30 A.m., then it's the all day menu after that. 5) Cold / Hot Water is self serve, located across from the register.
