For Hong Kong standards, this hotel is pretty good. It's exceptionally clean, spotless in every corner, no hidden dust bunnies. The location is also convenient, offering a quiet escape despite being in a bustling area. The only downside is the price; at over 700, the amenities don't compare to a 300-dollar hotel on the mainland.
**Warning:** Avoid the 7-ELEVEN directly across from the hotel. The staff are incredibly rude, dismissive, and practically snatch your money when you pay – it was quite a shock. My friend had warned me not to go there, saying they're unfriendly to Mandarin speakers, but I didn't think much of it until I experienced it myself.
Instead, go to the other 7-ELEVEN. It's about 100 meters to the right when you exit the hotel, no need to cross the road. This one has a wider selection, accepts WeChat Pay and Alipay, and the staff are much friendlier.

The surroundings are good, with convenient amenities, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was decent.
1) I was prepared for a small room, so that wasn't an issue. However, the facilities inside were old, with only a smart toilet being a standout feature! There wasn't even a single clothes hanger, and the chair cushion was caved in.
2) The most frustrating part was the terrible soundproofing. The bedside lamps were bowl-shaped, which amplified the noises from next door, making them hum right above my head. I didn't get a good night's sleep for any of the three nights; the air conditioning also buzzed intermittently, creating too much noise.
3) The 1.5-meter bed actually had a mattress made of two pieces joined together, and they weren't even level.
4) On the third night, the hot water for the shower was extremely cold.
5) I guess it coincided with the table tennis finals and the National Games/Para Games, but a room like this selling for over 1000 a night is simply terrible value for money.

Location is good and it is a short walk away from Causeway Bay MRT. Taxi ride to Hong Kong Station js about HKD42 before onward journey to airport via Airport Express.
Room is not big but relatively clean and seemed to have been upgraded recently. Water dispenser at the common area is useful without me having to buy bottled water.
Generally a good experience and value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Causeway Bay shopping district. It's not far from the MTR station and very close to bus stops, with a tram stop right outside. The room isn't huge, but it's very comfortable, clean, and tidy. The staff are all very enthusiastic.

The room was a bit small, but the cleanliness was acceptable, and it had all the necessary amenities. The staff were very polite. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and while the subway is a bit far, there are many bus options, making the area quite lively.

The hotel's location is great. Turn left for 200 meters, then right, and you're straight to Times Square. It's also very close to the Causeway Bay MTR station, which makes shopping super convenient.

It's definitely a bit small, as space is at a premium, but the location is quite convenient. The room amenities are decent, and the hotel service is also pretty good. We stayed for two nights, and the cleanliness was acceptable.

["Perfect location! Everything you need is right there: restaurants, a cinema, medical facilities, bus stops, a fruit shop, cafes, convenience stores, and banks. I would definitely recommend staying here to others. The easiest way to get here from the airport is to take the A11 bus.","The experience exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were excellent, and the cleaning auntie was very meticulous. The room decor looked even better than the photos online, and I especially loved the texture of the tiles on the bathroom wall. The shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap all had a lovely scent. Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Hong Kong. Only a 1 min walk to some delicious restaurants for local food and a 7 min walk to great shopping at Times Square. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel boasts an excellent location. It's super convenient to take the Ding Ding tram to Kennedy Town, Times Square, and Victoria Peak. Regarding dining options, there's a Wah So Cafe a short walk away, and we didn't encounter any long queues there. The room comes with a toothbrush and toothpaste, but no comb. It provides shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hand soap, and even an electric bidet toilet. Including tax and service charge, paying a little over 600 HKD per night felt like decent value. The shower water wasn't very hot, and the room's air conditioning couldn't be adjusted, which made it genuinely a bit chilly. I'd recommend requesting a room closer to the elevator for a slightly better view. The lobby service was excellent; the staff members were all very polite and courteous.

I always make sure to order a xia long bao. Never disappoints. But make sure you get the order in early because it can take a while to make when busy.

stroller and pwd friendly place. staff are attentative. xia long bao is a must try. their wonton noodles is also excellent. place get packed during lunch time and dinner time.

Yesterday, my wife and I ate at Crystal Jade in Times Square. She became ill within a few hours. I believe the noodles with pork was the culprit as we shared the fried pork buns. Very disappointed. My wife is still sick.

Awesome awesome noodles, dumplings and bao. You can watch the people make the noodles before your eyes. Definitely tasty place.
