Great location and newer rooms. I think the photos don’t do it justice. The bathroom is large and all marble - so quite nice. They need to remove th carpet in the rooms in the hallway then they will truly be unbeatable. Some walls need wiping down but beds were very clean and they changed the sheets frequently. We will be revisiting. No view of harbour though.

Reasonable sized room and locate with mall and walkable distance to restaurants, banks and mall nearby.

The room was quite clean, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The hotel boasts an excellent location, surrounded by numerous shopping malls and with three convenience stores practically on its doorstep. While food delivery is convenient, you'll need to pick up your order from the lobby as it's not delivered directly to the room. The staff handling luggage storage were very reliable, allowing us to leave our bags until the following day. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

I booked 5 days in advance and specifically requested a twin room in my reservation notes. Upon arrival, the front desk informed us that twin rooms typically require at least a week's advance booking. They offered a complimentary upgrade to an 1.8-meter king-size bed. Ultimately, we opted to pay an additional 500+ per night to upgrade to a suite, which included an extra bed in the living room and complimentary children's breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located directly above Harbour City mall. It's approximately a 10-minute walk from West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station, and both Austin and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations are also about a 10-minute walk away.

Crystal jade has some of the best noodles and dumplings you can get at reasonable prices. It’s one of my staples in both HK and Singapore. There are always queues but it’s also very organised so you usually get seated within 10 mins. The Xiao long bao are great and must be eaten, but I have literally not had a bad dish here.

Seems like a nice place at first, but then:
You have to wait for seats.
The order takes a while to get to the table. Water is dripping from the ceiling onto you or your plate.
The beef (dish n.1) is plastic like.
The dish n.2 is called spicy but none of us were able to eat it, and the noodles were cold (yes the dish is supposed to be cold, but it was freezing), and they refused to warm it up a little.
So you pay 80$HK for a dish were you can only eat the dumplings (which were good and warm by the way).
Very disappointed by the food, and even more by how the employees reacted (they just laughed at us because we couldn't eat the entire plate).
