Don't book this hotel. They are doing fraud, at the time of Check-In, they are asking to pay 3000 HK dollars as a deposit, the booking is just only for 200 HK dollars, but why deposit is too much? Then they said give us 1000, they 500, this is how they cheat people. Even they didn't cancel our booking, and didn't pay back to us. I recommend you guys, don't book this hotel. I can recommend more hotels in the same building without deposit. Be aware of fraud! I also recommend Hong Kong Home Affairs department to take possible measure against them, and Trip.com to block them from Trip.com. I say again Don't book this hotel.

It’s a rubbish hotel, the environment is dirty, it’s a rubbish shop run by ****, it’s impossible to live in, the boss is not a good person, and all the people in this building are Indians, so be careful

The room is small and the bathroom is a bit cramped, but it is still comfortable. The location is great, facing the subway, and just a few meters from several tourist attractions, such as the art museum and the avenue of stars. The service is not so formal/professional but they were very attentive and friendly.

SCAM!!!!!
Firstly, in the photographs the room had a window, nowhere in the description was it indicated that it could be without a window. We were given a room without a window and much less than the promised 11 square meters. In response to our request to change the number, the staff invited a man who introduced himself as the owner. He began to pull out the key card, leaving us in the darkness of this room without a window, and saying “if you don’t like it, get out. What do you want for such ridiculous money? It’s just nothing for Hong Kong. Maybe you wanted another room with a pool?” and stuff like that. In general, then there were offers to pay extra, and then suddenly the question arose about the deposit, which was also not in the description. We were not ready to pay extra, but they also refused to return the money to us. In the end, he simply loaded our suitcases into the elevator, not allowing us to wait for the police. They never returned the money for our room, although when it came up that my sister had already gone to get the police, the “owner” said that he promised to return the money.... I really regret that I never waited for the police. NEVER STAY in this room, it could be dangerous

The price is there, you get what you pay for. Don't expect too much. Note that this hotel has a 24-hour front desk. The room has automatic door locks. When you come out to pick up water, or heat a bag in the microwave, remember to take the room card! ! ! Or jam the door and then come out, otherwise in the middle of the night without a room card and can’t open the door, it’s not working every day.

Great food, excellent & Super fast service, good ambience, decent music gelling with ambience.. The desert taste & presentation was really impressive!
What particularly impressed me, was that the manager, who saw us viewing the menu, noticing that am Indian, might have a possibility of being vegetarian, and so promptly suggested about the vegetarian options as well.
All in all, I had a great experience & would certainly return.

Service, for the most part, was great. The manager and our server were lovely. The food is a bit average though, unfortunately. The Parma pizza was constructed very oddly so the rocket was all in a pile in the middle under the ham so it was quite soggy and difficult to cut/eat. Seemed like a bit too many ingredients for the base. The cannelloni was not really well-seasoned and kind of bland. All you could taste was the wine really.

We enjoyed ourself immensely. The food was excellent, service was first class. Gazi, the manager, was a very charming man who was very hospitable. We will come here every time we come to hongkong.

Seems like a nice place at first, but then:
You have to wait for seats.
The order takes a while to get to the table. Water is dripping from the ceiling onto you or your plate.
The beef (dish n.1) is plastic like.
The dish n.2 is called spicy but none of us were able to eat it, and the noodles were cold (yes the dish is supposed to be cold, but it was freezing), and they refused to warm it up a little.
So you pay 80$HK for a dish were you can only eat the dumplings (which were good and warm by the way).
Very disappointed by the food, and even more by how the employees reacted (they just laughed at us because we couldn't eat the entire plate).

What you display on ur menu(pictures) is NOT what u serve at all and ur side vegetables are a fraction of the size as it shows in the picture

Long waiting time during lunch. When I go inside the smell like a stink bomb here, noodles taste is worse than 5 years ago as well as the service, a bit disappointed ?

The tomato soup based udon was not rich, but still ok. I would prefer going to some other udon places to get the tomato soup based udon. The beef appetizer is pretty good on the other hand. Love their idea of putting a pig head fish cake to the udon to add some cuteness lol

Hot udon is good, but used to be better before. Soup is tasty though a bit oily. Snacks are just of normal standard.
