Great place, location etc with the exception of how they handle deposits - unlike a hotel who reverse any guarantee payments made by Credit Card ( a quick, simple and efficient process) Loplus does not and wires funds back (less all bank fees ) a process that can take 30 days. The 30 days was advised on check in the additional costs etc on check out. In my instance due to bank and currency it was another US80+ in charges. They were however able to accept and process your credit card on the spot when checking in - go figure

I stayed there for 1 year and loved the location of it. Housekeeping is friendly. But our wonderful stay turned bitter sweet when they started charging exorbitant prices for basic inventory like glass n soup spoon that got broken. For a fridge tray they charged us $560 which was just too high. If you stay one year at a place with a small child there is bound to be wear n tear and I think most of it was already covered by the high rentals.

A true home away from home in Hong Kong! I stayed here for two years, and it genuinely felt like home. The location is fantastic—nestled right near the main shopping districts of Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, with plenty of affordable food options and supermarkets nearby. The service is exceptionally friendly; the staff even prepare thoughtful little gifts during festive seasons. The amenities are modern, well-maintained, and fully sufficient for a long-term stay. Highly recommended!

Stayed in Loplus for 2 years. Extremely comfortable space conveniently located near CWB, Wan Chai Promenade, Sikh Temple and wet market. Excellent service from Sofin throughout our stay.

I had a really lovely stay at Loplus. Great service and room condition. Everything is nice and neat. The bus right in front of reception will take you to central district for work. Nice location.

The establishment offers compact accommodations suitable for solo travelers seeking overnight or short-term stays. Its decent clean. Larger room options are also available. While the location is somewhat remote, navigation is straightforward. The staff consistently provides courteous and helpful service.

Despite the fact that the Hotel wasn't sold out on the day of my check-in, the hotel doesn't allow any early check-in and had to wait till 1400hrs in the afternoon.
Simple and no frills hotel, only disposable towels for face and body are given, paper cups.
Location was great as it's in the vicinity of Causeway Bay and walking distance to a lot of nearby places.
Housekeeping was good I would say as it's done daily.

The location is so great and convenient, closing to the heart of Causeway Bay shopping centre like Sogo, Times Square, Lee Theatre Plaza, Hysan Places. A lot of different kind of restaurants to choose from Hong Kong Style, Chinese, Japanese, Thailand, Western, etc.

Two words: soup dumplings. That is all. Incredibly savory. All of it. Go early for lunch to avoid the massive line of people that are roped up in lobby.
