Poor service attitude.

Very satisfied. The room was nice, clean, and the service was good too.

I had to catch a high-speed train at 7 AM and didn't realize Shenzhen North Station would be closed overnight, so I booked a room for a couple of hours. At just over 100 [currency], it wasn't expensive, but the room itself was awful. As soon as I opened the door, there was a strong musty smell. It was tiny, had no windows, and the bed linen wasn't clean – I didn't dare use the blanket. There's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up yourself as the staff won't help. If you're not in a rush, I definitely don't recommend staying here.

Seriously, not even a single towel. No towels at all.

Five-star review! The location is super easy to find and incredibly close to the high-speed train station, making it very convenient to get here.

Best location if you want a prompt train service. The reception girls were very helpful and warm. Pretty sure will come back again. Mr Liu. 20250118

Rooms are a bit rough and dated. Air conditioning unit is very old and a bit loud. Walls are very thin and you can hear neighbors talking.

Staff is very nice

Dampness is all that comes to mind. The longest night of my life trying to catch air in that smoky & damp smelling room. 😔
The service was okay, even after I asked to have my room changed because the first was worse.
Was hoping for better!
