Environment: poor very poor
1. I arrived at the hotel around 8:15 on the evening of the 27th and booked a business king room. The room description said it came with a computer desk and sofa. When I arrived at the front desk, the front desk said that I could either choose the one with a sofa or a computer desk. They said that the ones with computer desks were in another area and needed to go through an outdoor corridor. I said that I would choose the one with a sofa. When I got to the room, I saw that There is really no table besides a bed and a sofa.
2. After discovering that there was no computer stand, I went directly to the front desk to negotiate with the front desk staff. The room type I stayed at in this hotel from March 4th to 11th was the same as this time, with both a sofa and a computer desk. After checking, the front desk staff said that the room type was different and asked me to change to a higher-end room with a computer desk and a sofa. Do I need to pay the price difference? The reply said that the superior room was 16 yuan cheaper than the room type I booked, but they could not refund my money. I said, why should I change it to a cheaper one? The front desk also felt that it was unreasonable and said that they could cancel the order and place a new one. Since it was a company order, they did not agree.
3. When I returned to the hotel after dinner at around 9 pm, the front desk staff said that there was a room on the same floor with both a computer desk and a sofa, and they could move me there. I asked him why he didn't have it now? The reply was that it had just been cleaned. But the cleaning staff had already left work at this time, so why were they there again?
I strongly do not recommend staying in this hotel. They are selling low-priced rooms as high-priced ones!
