Traveling with my bestie, we booked a business hotel. The room was proactively cleaned on the second day, and toiletries were replenished. The two rooms were actually very spacious! Although there was a dividing wall that made it feel a bit smaller, the room size was excellent. I recommend booking here; I'll definitely stay at Jiefang Hotel again next time I bring my family to Xi'an. Five stars!

Excelent hotel, specially for those who want to be near train station

Alot of food around the hotel and got Macdonald. Across is Xian Train station, next to bus station also, where we took bus to 太白山

This place is absolutely perfect. Cheap, lots of restaurants in the nearby area, close to the metro. On top of it there is a free use laundry. I totally recommend the place.

Amazing hotel and surpassed expectations. Very clean, helpful staff and fantastic location. We don’t want to leave!

Staff were super friendly and accommodating, despite not speaking English. They upgraded my room to one with a window and helped when I had questions. Only warning is that the hotel room did smell like cigarettes which did not bother me as a smoker. Otherwise a great option in Xian in a good location.

Great value for money! The facilities are a bit old, but still very clean, and the service was excellent.

Washing machine with no instructions on how to operate the washing machine and dryer. Overall it is a comfortable place.

I strongly recommend AVOIDING this hotel. The amount of mould in our room was absolutely disgusting and made the entire stay feel like a health hazard. It’s not just unpleasant—it’s genuinely unhealthy. To make matters worse, friends of ours stayed in a different room and had the exact same problem. So this isn't an isolated issue—it seems widespread. On top of that, the hotel advertises services...

Good hotel, though a bit dated. Bed/matras was comfortable. Ask for soft if needed. Breakfast was ok. Sidenote: I did not ask hotel to solve the following, important to mention as they might have had a solution to: The one problem I had with this hotel was that I could smell my neighbour smoking in his room, so there is some air vent connection.

Hotel Room not completely as described. Had Hairs on my freshly made Bed. Location on the other Hand is beyond amazing. Fresh Towls every day. Water and Tea. No Fridge in the Room. Enjoyed my stay after all.

The hotel is in a good central location, close to the subway and plenty of restaurants, street food stands and a large shopping centre, and walking distance to the towers and wall. We didn’t interact much with the receptionists. The view from the room was lovely and the room was clean, some furniture a bit old and tired, the carpets in the hall not very clean, but the worst for us was the smell of...

Heed the warning about ‘inconvenience’ due to renovation. It isn’t just inconvenience it’s shockingly loud. Do not let them put you in a room backing on to a service courtyard At the desk the lady reminded me that there would be construction work ‘10-6’. I thought it would just be some back ground noise. How wrong I was - you couldn’t just hear it, you could feel the room vibrating ALL afternoon...

The hotel is very close to the main street of Datang Everbright City. We went to see the performances every night, and it only took us a 5-6 minute walk to get back to the hotel afterwards.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the Grand Tang Mall (Datang Buyecheng) – a quiet oasis in the bustling city. Just around the corner, there are restaurants serving authentic Xi'an cuisine. We booked a family room, which was very spacious, and the mattress was super comfortable. My child especially loved the sofa bed. The breakfast spread was generous, and there were plenty of bottled water...

The hotel's location is excellent! It's just a short walk to the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City pedestrian street, and the North side is right next to Joy City for all your dining and shopping needs. Even though it's so close to Everbright City, the rooms not facing the street are very quiet. The breakfast is quite varied and satisfying. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Xi'an...

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Grand Tang Mall. The front desk service was great, and the room had a separate wet and dry area with a spacious shower and toilet, allowing for independent washing in between. The breakfast was also very diverse, and the service attitude was fantastic.

Large nice well equipped room but smell from the toilet.

The facilities are very complete, the TV can be projected, the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are very nice, the breakfast is rich in variety, and specialties and gifts were given after check-out. I am very satisfied.

The room layout is reasonable, the facilities are complete, the check-in experience is very good, the hotel staff are attentive and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is rich in variety. I will still choose Atour next time I stay.

I stay here every time I bring my children to Xi'an. The service is considerate. Every time I bring my children snacks and fruits, the facilities are complete and the room environment is very warm.

I have stayed at Atour many times. The environment is very good and travel is convenient. The front desk will help to upgrade the room type. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator. It is a good experience and the stay is very comfortable. I have also recommended it to my friends.

The room was clean and very nice. The breakfast was delicious. I felt a little bit sick and coughing recently. Maybe my aunt noticed it and thoughtfully prepared green tea for me to clear away the heat and relieve the heat. It was great!

The hotel is clean and the environment is beautiful. Highly recommended.

The service was very friendly, and we received a complimentary room upgrade. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation.

The hotel has a pleasant environment, and there are plenty of local street food options nearby.

The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located, with excellent subway access. The rooms were well-appointed, and there was a complimentary laundry room available on the 6th floor. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful; they even assisted with bringing food deliveries to my room when I couldn't pick them up myself. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The housekeeping staff was very friendly and kept our room spotless. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom featured a practical wet/dry separation. We appreciated the complimentary lemonade and herbal tea available at the front desk. They also offered luggage storage after check-out. A particularly thoughtful gesture was when the lady at the front desk gave us a few bottles of mineral water...

The location is fantastic, with numerous local eateries nearby. Public transport (subway and bus) access is incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Excellent location to public transport. Despite the language barrier the staff were very friendly & helpful. I will come again.

Overall it is OK and cost-effective. There is a rice noodle shop and a small supermarket not far away. Lotus Park is not far away. It's quiet at night. The room is quite well equipped. Check-in and check-out are very convenient.
