The location is excellent, with direct access to Metro Line 2 downstairs, making it easy to get around. Now for the downsides: the hotel still had the heating on, and it was so hot we were in shorts and t-shirts

We stayed in a family suite for 4 nights during Chinese New Year. First, the positives: the housekeeping staff were very responsive and kept the room spotless

My only minor complaint is the poor soundproofing in the hallways of the older building; conversations and footsteps in the corridor can be quite loud, though sound from adjacent rooms isn't an issue

What truly shocked me was that people were even smoking in the elevator – I've never experienced that in all the hotels I've stayed in

The design of the twin room is simply brilliant. The beds are miles apart, each with its own bedside lamp, so you don't disturb each other. It's the best choice for business trips or traveling with friends

The roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) was even better than the ones I bought outside over the past two days! The coffee beans are high quality, and the coffee is fragrant, and the fruit is sweet

The room was fine. The location is however about 10 minutes by car from the more central part of the city therefore you won't find anything interesting to do or eat closeby especially at nights.

Some eateries/amenity shops around too but need to walk across the road of 300m each way left and right. Hotel has a cafe/bar but limited choice. There is a Chinese restaurant

Service: Alex was incredibly thoughtful. He even gave a toy to my child and granted us a late check-out. Excellent service, I'll definitely ask for Alex again next time. We received fruit and a gift, which was lovely
