The hotel is in a fantastic, quiet location despite being in the bustling city, directly opposite the city wall. It's just a 10-15 minute walk to the scenic area, yet at night, you can sleep soundly until you wake up naturally. The breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious!

The room was quite clean and tidy. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They contacted us even before we arrived in Xi'an. We had an extra child, and the front desk kindly provided an additional breakfast every day. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir. Throughout our stay, we bothered the front desk many times, and they always went above and beyond to help us! Next time I come...

Our stay this time was fantastic! The hotel generously allowed us a late check-out until 3 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful. The facilities are brand new, the bed is super soft, and all the bathroom amenities worked perfectly. The cleanliness was exceptional; the room was spotless. The surrounding area is quiet and pleasant, and getting around is very convenient with bus stops and metro stations...

Conveniently located near the subway station and a food street, making it easy for business travelers. The room offered a view of the ancient city wall and was well-equipped with all necessary facilities. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the overall value for money was excellent.

The hotel room was very spacious, fully equipped, clean, and hygienic, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel's environment and location are both excellent, with many dining options downstairs. My high-floor room was quiet, and the soundproofing was also very good. I almost always choose Citadines for my travels; it's high-end, professional, and has a great international standard

Room is clean, surrounding have plenty of local food. Location is quite far from the bell tower & City wall.

This is my fourth stay with them and I even recommend to my friend to stay when we visit Xi'An. Overall, it was a good experience. However, I was a bit surprised to find that smoking is allowed in the rooms. I could even smell it from my room. When I passed by the room next door, their door and window were open, and the smell of smoke was quite noticeable.

Clean and complete with necessary amenities as described. However, should you plan to take the room without the washer and dryer, you can still use the common laundry facilities

The quality of the service apt matches the price point. Counter staff service level is lower than other higher end hotels
