Overall it is OK and cost-effective. There is a rice noodle shop and a small supermarket not far away. Lotus Park is not far away. It's quiet at night. The room is quite well equipped. Check-in and check-out are very convenient.

I live here because I have work to do. Although it is a bit old, the service is good, the front desk is polite and friendly, and the facilities in the room are also good and clean. It is also convenient to get a taxi at the door.

I booked this hotel near Jiaochang Road when I came to Kunming to see the jacarandas. I thought I would stay for one night and then change to a cheaper hotel after seeing the flowers, but I didn't want to change after I stayed here. It was really clean. There was no peculiar smell in the room and bedding. I slept very well. My sensitive skin didn't feel any skin allergies or discomfort at all. Although the hotel is a bit old, the furniture in the room is complete and the layout is reasonable. I can feel the care of the construction and decoration at that time. And the sisters and aunts who come to clean the room every time are very considerate and enthusiastic. The lotus is really good! It adds points to this trip hahaha!

It's an old-style hotel. I was a little nervous before checking in, but I felt very good when I checked in. The hygiene and cleanliness were in place, there was no odor in the room, the bed was moderately soft and hard, and the rice noodles and rice noodles for breakfast were also delicious 😋. The transportation nearby is convenient, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to see the jacaranda trees. It's great!
