Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and afternoon tea delightful. Because of my eating habits did not try the free night snack. Overall a pleasant stay . Would comeback again to this value for money hotel👍

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. We even received complimentary snacks and fruit upon checkout! Parking was very convenient, and the hotel's location, just a 7km drive from the Terracotta Army, was perfect.

We were extremely pleased with the overall service, which was attentive and thoughtful. The afternoon tea selection was extensive. A small issue arose during our stay: initially, the staff couldn't quite grasp or resolve it promptly. However, the manager promptly reached out to us and effectively resolved the problem. We were very impressed with the manager's approach to handling the situation. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience.

This was our final stop on the Qing-Gan Grand Loop tour. We chose it partly to break up the journey back to Tianjin from Qinghai Lake, and partly to see the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance. This hotel offers the best service I've experienced in recent years. From check-in to breakfast the next morning, all the staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. They even proactively prepared foot bath tubs for us before we went to see the show! The room was clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Absolutely five stars! After visiting the Terracotta Warriors in the morning, we booked a day-use room at Meihao to take a nap and recharge for 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' show later. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they even advised us on how to best explore Huaqing Pool and where to collect our show tickets, which saved us a lot of legwork. The hotel is conveniently located near Huaqing Pool, within walking distance, and we were able to park our car there. The room was very reasonably priced, offering great value for money. It was also spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We had a very satisfying stay. The room was spotless, featuring a well-designed separate wet and dry bathroom. The comfortable bedding made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Our mountain-facing room was quiet and very comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Complimentary bottled water was readily available at each stairwell. Xiao Bei provided warm and attentive service and even helped us arrange a late check-out. They also offered complimentary late-night snacks and welcome fruit.

The hotel is upscale and grand, offering a wonderfully cool ambiance. It's conveniently located near the metro station, providing easy access to major attractions like the Terracotta Army and Huaqing Pool. The surrounding area is quite lively. Our room was quiet, immaculately clean, and well-lit, with stunning close-up views of Mount Li. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, featuring a wide array of delicious Shaanxi local dishes. Overall, a fantastic experience!

If you're planning to see the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' show, this is *the* place to stay! They offer complimentary late-night snacks, foot bath facilities, and delicious fruits and pastries. Even better, the front desk staff, especially Xiaobei, provides incredibly thoughtful care. She's as lovely as she is kind, and her service is absolutely superb! I'll definitely be returning. Seriously, everyone, if you're in the area, you *have* to check this place out! Once you stay, you won't want to leave!

The hotel environment is excellent. Xiao Dong at the front desk provided fantastic service, being very enthusiastic and welcoming. Our overall stay was also excellent; opening the curtains revealed beautiful blue skies and white clouds. It's only a 5-minute walk to Huaqing Pool, and other tourist attractions like the Terracotta Army are also very close, within 3 kilometers, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel is surrounded by various restaurants, big and small, and it also has its own restaurant, making dining convenient and affordable. Most importantly, breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks are all included. I will definitely visit again. Lastly, a huge thanks to the kind lady with glasses at the front desk for recommending an excellent tour guide!

Upon entering, we were immediately greeted warmly and offered refreshing towels and a welcome drink. They provide a variety of thoughtful services, such as pre-booking prime seats for the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, and daily delivery of a fresh selection of fruits and snacks to our room. Knowing how tired one's feet can get from sightseeing, they even provided a foot spa tub with herbal foot bath packets. In the afternoon, complimentary afternoon tea and pastries were available, and in the evening, late-night rice noodles were served. All these are extra value-added services, completely free of charge. This level of attentive care is truly unparalleled by other hotels. I highly recommend everyone give this place a try! 👍
