Staying at this hotel in Chengdu was a delightful surprise! The entire place has been newly renovated with a minimalist yet elegant design, and all the room facilities are brand new and in perfect condition. The bathroom features a separate shower and a smart toilet – great attention to detail. The hotel offers butler service, which is attentive and thoughtful. The room was spacious and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Upon checkout, they even gave a small gift, a panda shopping bag, which was a lovely touch.

My stay in Chengdu this time truly exceeded my expectations. Before I even arrived, the hotel butler called proactively, patiently asking about my arrival time and any special room requests. They even added me on WeChat to thoughtfully send a weather reminder for Chengdu, letting me know it would be around 20 degrees Celsius these two days and to remember a light jacket. Even before arriving, I already felt a heartwarming, family-like welcome. The room was also arranged according to our requests in advance, and I loved it as soon as I walked in. The hotel has been recently renovated, and all the facilities and equipment are complete. The smart toilet also feels very upscale; it was comfortable and felt high-quality to stay in. The soundproofing was an even bigger surprise; I'm quite sensitive to noise, but I slept soundly all night here, which is truly rare. Overall, we were very satisfied with both the service and the environment; we felt secure and comfortable during our stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Chengdu, and I highly recommend it to any friends traveling to Chengdu!

The room service was excellent, and the facilities were very complete. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. I was quite satisfied with this stay. It was also very convenient for getting around, being very close to People's Park, Tianfu Square, and Chunxi Road. I recommend staying here!

The hotel has been recently renovated, and the room facilities are very new. Overall, the stay was excellent. The room provided free toiletries, and the hotel front desk service was very accommodating, helping with a late check-out, which was great.

This hotel is excellent. It's close to Tianfu Square and features a century-old guild hall where you can enjoy a盖碗茶 (gaiwan tea) – it's incredibly relaxing. The hotel has also been newly renovated, so the rooms are quite new. The front desk concierge service is also great; they are very kind and patient with guests.

The hotel's location near Tianfu Square is super convenient for getting around, with the metro just a stone's throw away. The breakfast spread was excellent and tasty, perfect for a full and satisfying start before heading out to explore. Overall, my stay was fantastic! 👍

I had a very comfortable stay here. The room was spotlessly clean, which made me feel very much at ease. The front desk staff were also very friendly and efficient. The surrounding area is great, with easy access to dining and transportation, and it's quiet at night, so I slept soundly. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would consider staying here again on my next visit.

The hotel reception and butler service were excellent; they were warm and friendly and even prepared fruit for us, which was a very nice touch. They patiently explained the surrounding area, recommended parking, and pointed out charging stations, all of which was incredibly helpful. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and being newly renovated, it felt particularly fresh. Breakfast was quite varied, and the hotel's downtown location made it convenient for getting anywhere.

The room was bright and clean. The newly renovated facilities were all new, yet had no strange smell. The comforter was very comfortable and the bed was soft. I especially want to praise the front desk lady; she was incredibly enthusiastic, upgraded my room, and even gave me complimentary fruit. She was super nice! Also, don't miss the breakfast in the morning – it has a wide variety, tastes great, and even comes with coffee, absolutely fantastic! Plus, I'm now obsessed with the hairdryer they use at the hotel, it's amazing! I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Chengdu. 😀
