The hotel is right across the road from Chengdu East Railway Station, to the left of the Dragon Dream Hotel. The special offer room, though small, has everything you need. The facilities are comprehensive, the shower has great water pressure, and there's plenty of hot water. My only minor complaint is that the pillows are a bit firm. Although it faces the railway tracks, it's surprisingly quiet after...
The hotel is conveniently located and the service was great. I especially enjoyed the noodles for breakfast. They even offered a packed breakfast for my early check-out, which was a nice touch. My only complaint is that the room window only opened a tiny crack, which led to a stuffy smell.
Excellent! The staff were very welcoming, and it's super close to both the high-speed rail and subway. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic! 👍👍👍👍
This hotel is super close to Chengdu East Railway Station. You can even access the station directly from the hotel's B2 level, which is incredibly convenient. The place is clean and tidy, and the front desk staff are really friendly and helpful. There are also tons of small restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a bite to eat.
This hotel is super conveniently located right across from Chengdu East Railway Station. You can access the train station and metro directly from the hotel's two basement levels. We got an upgraded twin room which was very spacious. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and they even provided disposable toilet seat covers. There's also a sofa in the room. You need to use your room card to select...
Very close to CHENGDUDONG train station. The hotel have a underground way that connect to the station. Very all is okay.

Not bad at all. The room was spacious with a large sofa, and the airport pickup service was a great relief. The lunch buffet was very rich and varied.
This was my second stay at the hotel, and once again I was very pleased. The room size is generous, and overall it offers excellent value for money. The bed was very comfortable, and since I was on a work trip, I especially appreciated having a proper desk and chair, which made it easy to settle in and work.
One thing I particularly value is that the non-smoking floors are genuinely non-smoking—something...
I arrived at Holiday Inn Chengdu Airport physically and mentally exhausted. My luggage was heavy, I hadn't eaten all day, and I needed a hot shower. From the moment my check-in began, the ladies at the desk, were quick, clear, and considerate. The two ladies scheduled my next day shuttle service and issued me a meal voucher. It took less than 20 minutes. My dinning experience was priceless. As a foreigner...
Hotel is conveniently located within short 5 minutes drive to airport. Room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Free shuttle to the airport.
Good value and will certainly come back again.
The hotel is incredibly convenient for the airport, just a five-minute drive away, and they offer a free shuttle service, though you need to book it in advance. Breakfast starts at 6 AM, which is great for early flights. I even got a free room upgrade during check-in. All in all, it's a solid choice for a layover.
I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with new furnishings and everything working perfectly. Overall, the quality of the room and facilities was excellent, especially considering the reasonable room price.
The only downside for me was the breakfast pricing. The additional cost for breakfast felt quite high for China, especially compared to the...

The room was pretty good, quite spacious. The breakfast buffet was also very rich. The hotel is right next to a subway station, which makes it super convenient to get anywhere. All in all, it's a good place, and I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.
Very satisfied. The environment is very good. The service attitude is also good. The hotel is very clean. The service is also very detailed. Highly recommended. Clean and comfortable to stay.
The location is very good. There is a subway station downstairs. It is close to Happy Valley in a straight line. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to walk. The interior is more business-like
Came to Chengdu for a visit. Although the weather was bad and it kept raining, the hotel I stayed in was good. The hotel service was very good, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was rich and varied. Although the hotel facilities were a bit old, they were well maintained, the transportation was convenient, and it was close to Happy Valley.
It was a good choice to stay at Ramada Jinfu during the Chinese New Year. Although it is not far from popular attractions, it is very close to the Panda Base, convenient for taxis and subways, and close to Xipu Station to Dujiangyan. The front desk manager Xiao Yang was very nice. He helped me upgrade the room type and gave me a free breakfast for a child. Although the room was a bit old, the enthusiastic...

Best 4 star hotel at a good price
Can't fault anything, good service, breakfast, location, laundry, room
Recommended
Standards Holiday Inn near the airport. Which is perfect when you arrive into the city late. The room is a bit small, but moderate clean. Breakfast is included, but the breakfast line is very localized Chinese which limited your choice if you have Western taste for breakfast. Almost all of the staff speak very little to no English, so prepare for it.
Easily one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels I've stayed in anywhere. A number of things stood out to me: the breakfast was really very good (including plenty of options for vegetarians) - the cuisine leans Chinese, but there are some Western options as well; the FREE laundry room is amazing - with commercial-style washers and dryers that include soap automatically and did a great job of cleaning...
We stayed here for two nights. Facilities are nice as the gym was not top notch yet not bare. The issue with rooms are that the showers are slightly transparent and it was a bit awkward when showering with other students. Service was lacking with no greetings or anything. Also didn't fill up water for me when asked many times politely. Overall go if its the only thing for your budget but otherwise...
I really like this hotel because of its location, service, and comfortable bed. I stayed here with my family for couple days. The front desk employees are friendly. We paid the room with free breakfast, and extra kid's breakfast costs $4 each. The selection of the breakfast is amazing and I highly recommend! Chinese and western style, warm and cold, many choices. My kids love the breakfast here.
Location okay, but amenities outdated compared to higher end hotels in Chengdu

The location is great, you are in the city center. There is a metro station nearby. The food is delicious and the staff is even better. Highly recommended for all tourists.
The most cost-effective hotel, convenient for travel, next to the elevated station, convenient for going anywhere. It is an old hotel, not far from the city center, and close to the subway entrance.
The room is very good, the transportation is convenient, the tall and strong guy at the front desk is also very nice, very nice, with a great attitude, and helps with all kinds of coordination. I will stay here again in the future. It is economical and affordable.
Comfortable room and considerate service
Great location, perfect breakfast. It's a shame that almost no one at the reception desk spoke English. Only the manager spoke English, and he helped us enormously with solving some problems, for which we are sincerely grateful. It's also a shame that there was no cafeteria or restaurant in the hotel, but there were plenty of options nearby.
The hotel is well located: 10 minutes of walking to there metro station, Line 1. So it's around 5 metro stops from Global mall and SKP (15 minutes by metro) and less than 5 stops to Tianfu square, city center (10 minutes by metro train). The hotel is quite old, but good for the money. Staff is friendly and nice.

Returned to Atour Hotel and had another great stay. They upgrade my room with IFS panda view, which made the experience even more special.
Always appreciate the comfort and thoughtful service here, definitely a place I would keep coming back to.
The hotel is very close to Chunxi Road, making it super convenient to get around by shuttle or taxi. All the shopping and dining spots we wanted to visit were within walking distance. Excellent location!
Upon arrival, the front desk offered a discounted room upgrade if we signed up as members, as the standard twin room had a very small window. So we decided to upgrade.
Our booked room was supposed...
Lovely hotel in the perfect spot for walking everywhere, right near the pedestrian street and all the big malls. Beautiful pillows but found the beds a little hard, my opinion only, alot of people would love them! Extensive breakfast with all sorts of western & Asian dishes and pastries. Only tip for westerners would be to take your own teabags if you want a normal hot cuppa as they only have a coffee...
The hotel is located right in the Sichuan Daily Building, less than a 5-minute walk from IFS, making it very convenient. It's clean, hygienic, and the service is warm and welcoming. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, and they even provide free laundry and drying services, which is perfect for families traveling with children.
This is my second time staying here in Chengdu, mainly because of its incredibly convenient location. Turn right out of the hotel and in just a few minutes, you're at the Chunxi Road intersection. Cross the street and turn left for Taikoo Li, or go straight to IFS. It's super convenient! Getting to various attractions in the city center is also easy, with most taxi rides costing around 15 yuan. The...

Stayed for 2 nights and we had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend. Picture shows some of the breakfast that is available.
We just wrapped up a week-long stay at Tianfu Sunshine Hotel with our two kids (both under 6) and honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Every morning we looked forward to breakfast. The spread was impressive, with something for everyone whether you're after Asian or Western food, and everything was cooked fresh from scratch.
What really stood out was how nice the staff were. Nothing...
Facilities: Well-equipped.
Cleanliness: Excellent. It's impressively well-maintained, especially considering the hotel has been operating for many years.
Environment: The ambiance is quite pleasant.
Service: I must give special praise to the service. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely warm. They truly deserve commendation and my highest recommendation.
We had 4 nights (non-consecutive) here and a roll away bed was added to the Twin Room. A bit crowded but we managed.
Room has all the necessary and was clean and quiet.
Breakfast had a good variety and quality.
Reception, concierge and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.
Overall, with its good location, it was a nice hotel.
It's pretty good and clean. The place looks adorable, and they even offer afternoon tea. There's a snack shop right outside, and with restaurants and a supermarket just a short walk away, it's super convenient.
The room was impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed afternoon tea, which came with a selection of four delightful pastries. And upon check-out, they even gave us a thoughtful little gift.

We paid for an upgrade to a private hot spring room, which had a small courtyard and a round pool on the first floor – the kids absolutely loved it. Front desk staffer Xiao Yang checked us in, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Housekeeping was also very prompt.
Our room was upgraded to a 50-square-meter one, which was clean and comfortable. However, the hotel was a bit noisy due to a very energetic tour group of elderly people.
The service was quite good, with a butler contacting us in advance. The breakfast wasn't particularly rich. I'd suggest that if there are a lot of people, the noodle chef could hand out numbered tokens, otherwise, people might take...
The hotel environment is excellent, and the service is warm and attentive. They contacted us the day before our check-in to inform us about the weather. The front desk processed our check-in very quickly, and the butler was exceptionally welcoming.
The scenery is beautiful and the bridge at night has a great atmosphere, but it's incredibly noisy, really loud. The soundproofing is terrible; you can clearly hear what sounds like either the sewer flushing or something similar. After 9 PM, there wasn't a single 10-second stretch of quiet. You could hear kids running, jumping, screaming, people walking in the hallway, and chatting.
Undoubtedly the best hot spring hotel in Huashuiwan. The environment is excellent and comfort is maximized!
We stayed in a courtyard suite, which was spacious enough for an extra child. The environment is beautiful, and they even included a complimentary travel photoshoot. We ate at the Chinese restaurant for two days, and the food was delicious. They also have a BBQ in the evenings, which is cleaner and tastier than the street vendors.

I had a wonderful time at Tivoli, the breakfast was good, the bed comfortable and the staff very friendly. Though it was a little bit too cold in the room and restaurant at night.
The Spa looks nice and even offers sauna and hot steam.
Comfortable and beautiful environment.
The hotel is located within the Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo Park and boasts a very large garden. Unfortunately, I only stayed one night and wasn't able to fully appreciate its beauty.
The rooms were spacious, as was the bathroom, which featured a separate shower and toilet and included a bathtub. Bathroom amenities were plentiful. However, the air conditioning seemed to be fixed at a single...
Good luxury hotel but outside the city. The only negative is for the location. If you are on a business trip nearby it’s great. Travel
To city is not difficult but take 40-50 mins even though the metro line is close by.
Room service and in hotel restaurant shuts down at 8 pm. After 8 pm there is no activity seen!
It seems it was made only for events in cultural intangible park

The room is too small and the environment is average, not like a four-star hotel.
This hotel is average in terms of facilities, environment, and service. There is nothing special to remember. I have a bad sleep quality and don't like pillows that are too soft. I heard that their hotel didn't have any other spare pillows. Later, I asked again and they said that they only had a few buckwheat pillows, which took a long time to deliver. The hotel is convenient for transportation. We...
Xiao Tang from Qianwan Hall provided great service. I will come again next time.
The service provided by Xiaoyi and Xiaodu at the front desk was very good. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time I come to Chengdu.

Vienna Hotel is an old hotel. It has been renovated for several years, but the lobby and rooms are quite clean. The breakfast was gone a little later. The service staff had no protective measures. The room is very good and quiet. The lady at the front desk is friendly and beautiful. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a small town nearby at night. Highly recommended! !
The service attitude of this hotel is very good, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are complete. Hotel Ibis standard but you can use the laundry and gym of the sister hotel, free of charge.
It is friendly.
It is clean.
There are shops nearby, but not many.
Very basic but clean, disadvantages staff dont really speak English but the staff are extremely helpful
Clean and tidy rooms with helpful staffs. However, the location is quite faraway from the metro and shopping areas. We had to rely on 'DiDi' (taxi app) to get around to places. Lost some stars cause of the location of the hotel.

Good hotel and good staff, just use the translator to communicate. But they don’t arrange taxis for you so that’s a bummer
We booked a total of four nights. The air conditioner was leaking, the shower drain was clogged, and most importantly, I woke up with several small bumps on my body every day, all covered by the quilt. The bumps definitely didn't look like mosquito bites, so I guess there were fleas on the bed. However, the front desk and room service were very good.
Pros: Excellent value for money, very clean, and quiet at night. The pillows were very soft and made it easy to fall asleep. Transportation is also very convenient; the hotel is only a ten-minute taxi ride from East Station. Cons: The toothbrush wasn't very useful.
A very nice location, full of restaurants and street food around.
Less nice than on the pictures but does the trick.
Consider the price level, overall is good. Not bad, compare to other hotels at the same price level.

Service: Maybe it's because of high occupancy, but the front desk service was quite subpar. I landed in Chengdu with a slight cold and bought some medicine. Compact but well-equipped room, perfect for a short stay! Beds are on the firmer side, which I personally love. Breakfasts exceeded expectations with more variety than I thought! Overall, great for a quick getaway!
The soundproofing is excellent, it's very quiet, and the room is well-equipped. The bedding is comfortable to sleep on, definitely good. The front desk service is on point, and the breakfast food is decent too. I'd highly recommend it.
The hotel itself was just ok, room were decent but nothing extraordinary and facilities fairly standard. However, what's truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staffs. They were friendly, attentive and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable even they can't speak English. While the hotel may be average, the staffs dedication makes it worth considering for stay.
Nearby to train and metro station. Convenient for transport and close to all local amenities
It was nice staying. I liked breakfasts, they were good and different. And robot cleaner was cute and interesting. The staff was helpful. Metro is a bit 15 minutes walking.
