Angel Hotel in Chengdu

It cost over 400 yuan, but when I arrived at the scene, I found it was in a residential area across the street with poor sanitation.

This was an extremely poor experience. I booked two nights, but had to change rooms on the second day due to a problem with the booking. After changing rooms, I discovered that I hadn't taken my toiletries from the bathroom. Realizing this in the afternoon, I called the front desk hoping they could check and return them. The housekeeping staff firmly stated that they hadn't found anything left behind during cleaning. After repeated communication, they demanded I check my bag to prove I hadn't taken anything. So, in front of them, I took everything out of my bag, confirming it was indeed gone. Then, they changed their story, saying they only saw an empty bottle. This was infuriating! Not only did they contradict their previous statement, but there were four or five bottles of completely different items from the hotel toiletries—how could they not have seen them? The staff remained adamant, and communication with the front desk was fruitless. The hotel's service attitude was extremely harsh; I've never encountered such an attitude before. While I understand that hotel guests are often patients and don't care about service, this severely damages the hotel's image. Skincare products, regardless of their value, are necessities when traveling. Who would dare stay here again if customers are treated like this?!
