Amenities was decent and works well too.
Good service from front office, fnb & housekeeping. We have also free laundry & hi-tea at the hotel. The hotel is walking distance to Chunxi area.
Definitely worth the money with well equipped amenities & services
Most important, the staff are all very helpful and friendly. When extra amenities and pillows are needed on various occasions, they were all brought to the room within 5 mins. That’s amazing.
Manager HeLiang and team went the extra mile to assist us with sightseeing and spa bookings. Genuinely caring and polite staff.

I was given 2 card for laundry service, each card is able to send 15 pieces of clothing for laundry. They also given me an afternoon tea voucher which I didn’t use.
The hotel is not very near to the metro but still able to reach by walking, need to take note the hotel is accessible by 2 path from the roads. Not much a problem if you call taxi for travelling.
The overall experience is still good.
