The boss was very welcoming and helped us take our luggage to the third floor. The boss's wife was also very kind and asked if we needed anything. The hotel is decorated in Chinese style and has a very good location. It is on a busy street but not noisy.

The room was smart, the bed was large, and it was very clean. The hotel's interior is quite unique. There's private parking within the scenic area. It's very convenient and perfect for a vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and out of the city center.

One of the room's windows was against the wall, and the other was toward the center.
The overall soundproofing was poor, and I could clearly hear conversations in the corridor and atrium.
The light in the sink was dim, and even with the mirror, it still wasn't clear.
Also, the ancient city is full of strange people at night.
I don't recommend visiting the ancient city or drinking at night.
I recommend booking a hotel near Erhai Lake.

The hotel is beautiful, with a quiet side street, lush greenery, and beautifully decorated buildings. The rooms are also very new, and the rooms are quiet both day and night.
The owner was very polite and helped with luggage and checking in. It was very nice.

Thumbs up!

The hotel has a great location on a side street in the heart of the old town, very quiet at night, away from the noise of the main road. The facilities are complete and very clean; the bathrooms seem newly renovated and are very spotless. The central courtyard is beautiful.

Facilities: Excellent facilities

Cleanliness: I slept very comfortably and the cleanliness was excellent; I had no discomfort whatsoever.

Environment: The environment is very nice.

Service: The owner was very helpful.

The room was nice, very quiet, and had a classic, antique feel; I loved the decor. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well. The view of Cangshan Mountain from the window was beautiful.

I stayed at Four Seasons on the Cloud during this trip and had a great experience! From the moment you step into the hotel, the enthusiastic front desk service makes you feel warm. The room is clean and tidy, warmly decorated, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. You can sleep soundly all night. The sound insulation effect of the room is also very good, and there is no disturbance from the outside world at all. The hotel's geographical location is superior, with convenient dining and transportation nearby. And the price is affordable and the price-performance ratio is very high. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, this is an excellent choice. I will stay here next time!

Every time I come to Dali Ancient City, I like to stay here. It feels like going home. Xiao Yin at the front desk is attentive and considerate of guests. The room is very warmly decorated and hygienic and clean. The bath water is large and comfortable. It is very convenient to go out of the hotel to the main street of the ancient city. You can get there in a few minutes. There are many shops near the hotel, making shopping and eating very convenient. Having your own garage is convenient for self-driving friends. It is not easy to have such conditions in the ancient city. Suggestion: There is a small problem with adjusting the shower in room 103. It would be better if it could be replaced. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for their hard work! I will come again if I have the opportunity. 😃👍🏻✌🏻️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
