Nestled at the foot of Cangshan Mountain in Dali, this hotel offers breathtaking, unobstructed views of Erhai Lake. The environment is quiet and comfortable, with convenient parking, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's also easy to get to Cangshan Mountain and the ecological corridor from here.

The hotel has a great environment, nestled at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, very close to the Cangshan Gantong Cableway. You can enjoy beautiful distant views of Erhai Lake from the hotel. In the morning, you can watch the stunning sunrise right from the hotel. They also offer a shuttle bus service to the ancient city, making it very convenient to visit nearby attractions. Plus, there's a small children's playground, perfect for families traveling with kids.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. The room was spotlessly clean, the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and very comfortable. The pillows were also nice and fluffy, so I slept soundly all night. The room itself was spacious, and the bed was large, so it didn't feel cramped at all for two people. The hotel facilities are well-maintained; the shower had great water pressure, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Coco was very thoughtful, helping us get a quiet room and reminding us about breakfast times. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time!

This hotel is perfectly located at the foot of Cangshan Mountain. During the Chinese New Year, it's actually quicker to walk to the nearest cable car entrance than to drive. A big plus is the hotel's food, which is both delicious and reasonably priced. The pool is all 1.2m deep, making it ideal for families with children.

The front desk service provided by Alice during this stay was truly satisfying! She was incredibly diligent; every time I passed the front desk, I'd see her carefully verifying guest information, which made me feel very secure. When checking in, Alice explained everything clearly, neatly handed me the room key and breakfast vouchers together, and even specifically pointed out the elevator's location.

The service was excellent, and any issues were resolved quickly. A big thanks to the butler for providing a complimentary children's breakfast. The balcony offered a stunning view of Erhai Lake, perfect for watching the New Year's fireworks. It was a fantastic experience!

Perched halfway up the mountain, this hotel offers fantastic views. The lobby is superb, and the rooms are clean. It's an excellent choice for a family trip.

This hotel is located at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, on the south side of the ancient city. Most of the east-facing rooms offer views of Erhai Lake, and there's a large garden. The breakfast selection is quite good, and the staff are very welcoming. The facilities are a bit dated, but they are well-maintained.

The hotel service was exceptional. We stayed for our wedding anniversary, and a big thank you to Vincent for arranging the room decorations in advance – it was a wonderful surprise! He was smiling throughout and patiently explained all the hotel facilities. Definitely deserves praise!

I forgot my charger after checking out and only realized it when I was already in the taxi. I called the front desk, and a staff member named Luna quickly ran out to my car with it, even putting it in a small bag for me. Her figure, weaving through traffic, was the most vivid interpretation of 'service first.'
