A great hotel with a great view over the lake. We liked our room very much. Staff are helpful despite a lack of English speaking skills. They will use translation apps to try to communicate with foreign guests, which is appreciated. The bar service was not very good, though. The staff in the bar were not welcoming, as if we had come in during non-working hours. Location is in the city centre, but there is always traffic in that area due to congestion.

Perfectly nestled in the heart of Dali park area, the location is great—surrounded by endless food options. The property was clean and comfortable and the service was excellent! Will definitely stay again if we're ever back to Dali!

We had a great experience. The room is modern, clean with high ceiling and fantastic lake view. The newly opened SPA and tea house were impressive. Our guest manager, Angel, has taken the service to the next level. Definitely recommend this hotel and will revisit in the future!

Beautifully designed hotel with excellent high level views of Erhai. The room interiors are also toddler friendly - the bedside tables have chamfered edges (no sharp corners). They gave a super cute Pullman giraffe plushie too that was very good quality. Kid loved it so so much.

More on the room tho. Really beautiful, very relaxing. Really nice seating area in front of the windows, I didn't want to check out. I didn't even want to leave the room during the stay.

Breakfast buffet spread was also very delicious. Ate two bowls from the noodle bar and a bit of everything else in one sitting.

A bit far from local attractions but great to have a jog by Erhai Lake with secure environment.

Location is near to airport. Very helpful front desk staff. A bit disappointed for the dinning restaurant is closing too early and the Luna Bar only serve light snack and drinks.

All in all a lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Soraya and King were very helpful and responsive.

A few things to note about the hotel:
1. Happy hour is not a buffet style meal. You have to order.
2. 30 mins to Dali ancient town and an hour away to Xizhou ancient town.
3. The hotel restaurants are both really good.
4. Book lake view room
5. Afternoon tea is lovely

I strongly recommend this hotel ! The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere is fantastic. My wife loves this place, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. We were happy and relaxed throughout our stay.
The hotel reception and staff are very welcoming and provide excellent service.
