I had a wonderful stay at the Clean Blue Hotel! The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was especially thoughtfully designed. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and even helped with itinerary planning. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the bus station and shopping district. I would definitely stay here again! The hotel's prices were very reasonable and offered excellent value. Despite the relatively low price, the service and amenities were uncompromising. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities. It was truly a great value for money and highly recommended.

The front desk service is not good. I walked up to them and they only said hello. There were two people at the front desk, one checking me in and the other one sitting next to me. Didn't they both stand up? The environment is good but the front desk service is really bad

The hotel has good lighting and a superior geographical location, only one kilometer away from Lijiang Ancient Town. The hotel is equipped with a tea room and the hotel's tea cakes are of very high quality. The boss introduced us to the local scenic spots. We could see the golden mountain in the sun while lying in the room. The bedding was very comfortable. The sleep was very good and the service was good.

If even the guest room is not clean, imagine how uncomfortable you will feel living in the room. There is also a parking lot, which is only 38 meters away from the hotel, so it is not too far. As a tourist, I would like to say a few words. The environment of this hotel is acceptable, quite clean, and the service is also good. However, I have to mention our facilities. First of all, the toilet, water splashes on your butt as soon as you sit down, and even if you stand next to it, it can splash on your legs. And our hot water is quite hot, but it has to be left for a very long time. And our door lock, I don't know if it's the design of this hotel or the room door lock that is broken, it can still be opened from the inside after being locked. I don't know what's going on. This is the situation. The environment and sanitation are still okay. You can see the snow-capped mountains.

The room was OK, the service was average, but the parking lot was a public parking lot. My car was scratched and I couldn't find who scratched it. There was no camera either.

The hotel is very nice, I feel very good as soon as I enter the lobby. The whole room is also smart and very convenient. Hygiene is also very good, very clean. Although it is newly renovated, there is no peculiar smell. It was quite quiet at night, especially the mattress, which was very comfortable to sleep on. I usually have a hard time falling asleep, but I can fall asleep quickly here, thumbs up. The front desk clerk is very enthusiastic, the boss is also very enthusiastic, and parking is convenient.
