Conifer Lishui Sunlight Hotel in Lijiang

I really don't want to give it a single point. What kind of five-star hotel is this? I don't think it even has one star. There is no hot water in the room. I called the front desk at night but no one was there. I had to wash my feet with cold water at night. I had a fever and a cold the next day. The front desk also had a very bad attitude. There was no one at the front desk when I checked out the next morning. I will never come again.

This hotel has many shortcomings:
1. The front desk was very indifferent. I booked a king-size bed room but was given a twin-bed room. Not only did the front desk not apologize, but they also said with disdain that a twin-bed room would be better. Since there was no elevator, I first carried the 40-pound luggage to the second floor, then moved it down from the second floor, and then moved it to the third floor.
2. The bathroom is very poor, the toilet is yellow, and the bathtub is also yellow
3. There is no hand-held shower in the shower room, only a fixed shower head
4. You can only take a shower in the bathtub, and the water from the shower head is very unstable, sometimes cold and sometimes hot
5. There were no disposable slippers on the first day of check-in, and no paper towels were replenished on the second day, and the garbage was not taken out
6. The TV has no sound
7. There is no air conditioning, and it is still a bit hot in Lijiang in August when you just go to bed
8. The room smells very heavy. Even if we keep the window open to dissipate the smell, we can still smell a strong smell of smoke every time we enter the room
9. The decoration facilities are old
10. The blue light of the room switch will be on all night. If it is not blocked tightly, the whole room will be very bright, which seriously affects sleep

Advantages: The price is not expensive, it is on the edge of the ancient town, it is not tiring to drag luggage, and it is convenient to enter the ancient town, nothing else

From Kunming, Dali, and then to Lijiang, I stayed in about seven or eight hotels, with prices ranging from more than 200 to more than 800, but I have never encountered such a hotel, from the room hygiene (the sofa is full of stains, there are unknown residues on the remote control, the pillowcase is black, and it is very old at a glance, without creases, I don’t know if it has been changed), to the room configuration (the bed board is hard and hurts my body, all the table lamps are unplugged, and the sockets can’t be found after searching for a long time, and there are almost no usable sockets in the whole room, all in the corner), to the room and front desk service (the attitude is very indifferent, I called the front desk to ask for sockets and slippers, and he said indifferently and affirmatively that there is no room service, so let us go to the front desk to get them ourselves. I finally went out and met a waitress, and asked him to help find the room socket. The waitress was impatient and said loudly, isn’t it here! How can you not find it! Please, it’s in the corner inside the bedside table, I’m afraid only a fairy’s eyes can find it). The hotel breakfast is relatively simple, and eggs have to be cut in half, 😂😂😂, this is the first time I have encountered such a situation where even an egg is so fussy that people are afraid of taking too much.
This hotel is all show and no substance (lobby decoration), but rotten inside (service + hardware, all rubbish). It would be better to stay in a 200 yuan small hotel and have a comfortable sleep.
