Route from elevator to rooms has a slide, quite difficult to handle the suitcases if there is no help from staff

old, dirty rooms, bad smell and not worth the price!

Worst hotel. Booked 4 non smoking rooms. One room smells cigarette! One room with toilet bowl full of unflushed papers! One room has window that can’t close and sink full of hairs! One room with stained and torn bath towels! Please DO NOT come this hotel.

The biscuits were given as gifts, but the switch of the shower faucet was broken, so I couldn't use the shower head, which was inconvenient for taking a shower. I hope it can be repaired in the future.

Super hotel🏨, and upgraded to a room with Jade Dragon Snow Mountain view. The happiest thing about coming to Lijiang is staying in this hotel. The lobby manager is nice and the service attitude is amazing. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
