Lijiang Liwang Hotel (Lijiang Liwang Jiudian) Although there were various issues, the staff were quick to respond and very helpful. The hotel is located in the Lijiang Ancient Town (near the South Gate), so it was a great location for evening or morning walks. Cars are not allowed inside the ancient town, so it took about four minutes to get there from the bus at the South Gate while dragging a suitcase (if you contact them before arriving, they will come to pick you up in a cart). There is a supermarket on the other side of the road from the South Gate.

nice location in the ancient city. room was clean and spacious. there is a laundry room which was useful for us. nothing outstanding—it was a decent and comfortable stay overall. :)

Facilities: The room had no air conditioning. Even though the temperature wasn't high, it was really stuffy, which made it even worse for anyone experiencing even mild altitude sickness. The indoor lighting was also quite poor; I couldn't see clearly enough to put on makeup.
Environment: The hotel environment was quite nice, and the breakfast was decent with a few rotating options.
Service: The hotel staff wasn't familiar with the local transportation and couldn't answer my questions. However, the luggage service was very good.

1. No parking available, and guests have to pay for parking themselves, which costs 50 yuan per day. 2. Poor service attitude. 3. Rooms are old and not soundproof. 4. The floors creak loudly when walked on. 5. Only two washing machines in the laundry room. 6. Breakfast ends too early, they clear everything away by 9:20 AM.

Nestled in the heart of the ancient city, this hotel offers a tranquil retreat. The stay was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. Our flight was delayed, but a hotel staff member still came to the south gate of the ancient city to pick up our luggage in the early hours of the morning – it was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel itself is beautifully designed for relaxation, with a stunning courtyard perfect for photos. There are also many cultural displays and introductions, making a stay here a great way to learn more about the culture of Lijiang Ancient City and the Naxi people.

The room had a strange smell, perhaps because it was newly renovated, which was its biggest drawback! On the plus side, the beds could be combined, the environment was nice and relatively new, and the location was good – quiet despite being central. Breakfast was good, and there was even afternoon tea. It offered great value for money, and the service was also good!

This hotel, located right within the scenic area, boasts brand-new facilities. Its exterior retains the charming Naxi architectural style, and stepping into the room, you're greeted with a lovely view of the courtyard through the window. Right outside the room, there are small stools where you can enjoy a cup of tea and admire the scenery. It's really nice!

I stayed at the Lijiang Wangfu Hotel for a full 7 nights this time. It was mainly quiet, spacious, convenient, and the price was just right. With the added bonus of Lijiang's attractions and service facilities, it's definitely a place worth revisiting. I hope Lijiang continues to thrive.

I enjoyed stay in this hotel , good location in the ancient city.near South Gate. But the car not go inside must inform the hotel to bring shuttle take the luggage. Friendly stuff. Thank you
