The hotel is very nice and highly recommended!

The food was magnificent, both dinner and breakfast, though breakfast could be improved with machine-made coffee; there was only Americano, and it was very weak, served at the table. The juices were just regular sodas. Everything else was exceptional, as were the cooks at the buffet. The waitresses were slow and not very friendly.

I can't find any faults. Everything is perfect, including the environment, hygiene, and food. The waiter cleans up twice a day. You have to pay for the snacks in the refrigerator, and you have to pay for the chips outside the refrigerator, just don't touch them.

A hotel with huge potential, the food definitely needs to be improved. I do not recommend buying with dinner.

The hotel was amazing in terms of location, beach, swimming pools and the dining options. The only reason I would rate it low was due to facilities, such as they did not have iron and when asked it was against their policy to provided an iron. Hi Our stay was short but great everyone especially Iva at the checkout desk was so helpful in helping us plan our next city visit which we totally enjoyed and the location and view at this hotel are amazing!!

Staff was nice and helpful room was clean and tidy but when we booked we asked for large double bed but what we got was twin mattress bed which is not ideal for couple rest was good

The location of the property was brilliant . The meals were great. Also we had the best greeting and check in ever from Igoz . The upgrade too was greatly appreciated. We were only there two nights and will def come back and recommend to theres.

The hotel was ok, good location for cavtat, clean, friendly staff but, it definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very basic, you wouldn't want to spend any time relaxing there. The bar/reception area is also dull. We had one drink and left. 3 star is a more realistic grade.

Sheraton hotel in Dubrovnik is very special and one pcs of paradise

The room was comfortable, and I enjoyed a nice meal that even came with a free pudding. The staff were great and very friendly.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. My only slight reservation was that I found the continental breakfast a bit hard to get used to since it didn't include rice porridge.

The environment is great, and there's a really good BBQ restaurant nearby.

So we arrived at 12 and waited till 3 to get a room, however, when checked in, the phone didn’t work. Phone, remote control, door handles, light switches all really dirty. We were anxious about our visit based on reviews of this hotel - totally unfounded. If you want a full English breakfast, maybe don't go to Croatia! Our flight was cancelled and this was a stop gap near the airport.  Functional but v different to the hotels I use.

Great hotel excellent location

This was our first stop in Croatia. A relaxing retreat by the ocean. We loved the breakfast, easy parking, walkable to restaurants and the beach. Everything was very clean and we loved the sauna and pool. The pet fee was really expensive in comparison to other places but otherwise great, I’d recommend and stay again.

I just spent a week at this hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The hotel is spotless and the staff are all super friendly. It is up the hill a bit but you can take the no 10 bus one stop and then walk back down if hills aren't your thing! If you go to Cavtat, you should definitely stay here.

Just returned from a week stay. We had a superior room which was serviced every day. A bit old fashioned which added to its charm. This was the birthplace of a famous Croatian opera singer and the house is right there on the promenade with every local amenity available. Our apartment at Villa Mirjana gave us possibly the best view we have had from a holiday rental. Our spacious veranda looked out over the bay with a stunning view across to Srebreno harbour. I have just returned from a wonderful weekend in Croatia and my stay at Villa Mirjana helped made the experience wonderful. Now, first impressions wasn't what I was expecting. We got a cab from the Dubrovnik airport (don't make the same mistake as me and get a cab from inside the airport. We booked late on same day we needed accomodations and we arrived to a clean room. Communication very good. The room is compact, but everything you need for a stay. It is up the hill from downtown but most everything is, it's the nature of the area. We are seniors and managed it fine.

We booked at 10pm as our flight had a 19 hour delay. Communication with the owner was excellent and considering we only booked at 10pm, this was very impressive and appreciated. We arrived and the accommodation was spotless and the decor was very homely. It is very convenient to/from the airport. We would absolutely recommend!!

Our apartment was very nice, nicely decorated, had everything we needed, complete kitchen supplied with pots, pans, etc. Beautiful virws from our balcany. Host and hostess were nice and helpful. We believe we had the best accomodations in the area.

Great staff, in a wonderful walking neighborhood with great food. Perfect for a night when you need to get to the airport quick in the AM.

Small unit but worked well for one person. Overall very friendly staff and walkable to all I needed.

Very clean and comfortable, within walking distance to Cavtat which was nice and an easy drive into Dubrovnik too!
