The hotel is well-known locally, and even taxi drivers are familiar with it. Overall, it's pretty good and offers great value for money. The entire resort is divided into apartments and a hotel, so it's quite large and requires some walking. There are many facilities, and the spa is quite comfortable.

okay..where should I start...staying here was one of my best lif choices I made so far. It has quite a distance from old town, but it is worth it. For a fee you can always take the their shuttle to town within 30 minutes. The 1 bed room apartment with sea view was spectacular..it was just so nice..the private beach, pools, indoor pools, bike rentals....I will come back for sure. Please dont hesitate...

The hotel is a stunning oasis of luxury and comfort. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with warm hospitality and an elegant atmosphere.

It's great. There are lots of fun things to do on the beach. The sea is crystal clear. There are five delicious restaurants nearby. The rooms are all facing the sea.

This is a wonderful hotel. The spa was amazing after a tiring day of sightseeing. The bus stop is right outside, making it super convenient to get to the city center, plus the views are absolutely stunning. I'm very satisfied!

The hotel's environment is great, and the sunset sea view is superb! However, the cleanliness of the guest rooms was a letdown, and the service was just so-so! Services, location and facilities are excellent. Only food quality is good, while price is not so expensive. Best wit for couples, families with large kids, but we were still able to enjoy with my 5-year-old daughter! Pool opens late night. We will reserve again if we have chance to visit to Dubrovnik!

For a 5 Star Hotel, the TVs are absolutely tiny and so outdated you can’t even mirror your phone or get Netflix on them. No coffee machine in the room is also terrible for a 5 Star property. Trying to get coffee at Breakfast was even a task. Drink is extremely expensive and the lunch and evening meal we had there was very poor quality.. Would not return

Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly. The service was very lackluster and unmotivated. At breakfast, you almost felt like you had to apologize if you needed cutlery from the staff. On our first night, the room suddenly lost power in the middle of the night, leaving us completely dark. After contacting them, they said there was a problem with the power card. The next day, we suddenly realized our door wasn't properly locked. At first, we thought it was just carelessness, but two days of strange behavior made us doubt it... This hotel is part of a larger resort complex. Frankly, most of the properties under different brands here are quite similar, although the 'Blue' one does seem to offer slightly better facilities. Overall, it primarily caters to tour groups, so it's usually very crowded.

My husband and I overall had a decent experience, but there were a few aspects that could be improved, especially regarding room cleanliness and drinking water provisions. Fabulous hotel with use of sister hotel next door. Lots of amenities, wonderful pool areas, a good selection of restaurants and shops on site on tte square. Super comfy beds. Avoid the annex It’s an average hotel if you are able to stay in the main building, but avoid the annex at all costs. Halls and rooms of the annex smell like cigarette and they try to mask it with an air freshener that only makes it all worse. That being said, a few design/comfort flaws with the main hotel as well. A must stay in Dubrovnik staff, food overall 10 out of 10 for us definitely will be back. We only had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights due to being stranded in Dubrovnik after a Marella Cruise strong winds stopped all planes from coming in and out however this turned out to be a great experience and wouldn’t have found this Gem of a hotel.

Hotel was in perfect location, clean and modern. We had a few slight issues in the room like needed more hangers, fridge didn’t work but after a few requests were sorted. The girls on reception were friendly but could have done a lot more on the welcoming front it was very much “there are your keys” and then back to their phones or laptop. Really great area to bade yourself for a stay in Dubrovnik. Babin Kuk is mainly made up of resort hotels, including the Valamar group which meant you could use the loungers on the beach at the nearby President hotel. Had a great stay at the Royal Princess Resort. The hotels are all part of the same group so you can use the facilities across the properties. The walkway from the promenade into Lapad was so beautiful. Beaches are super clean and the staff could not be nicer. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so incredibly memorable. Dubrovnik city is only a quick Uber away.

Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed, and the pool was emptied after one day, despite perfect swimming weather (23 degrees Celsius and sunshine) and despite the promise that the outdoor pool would be open during our stay, as requested in advance. I think it would be better if they provided information on the location of the bus stop to the old town. It would be nice to have easy access to information on how many minutes it is to walk from here to the bus stop, which direction it is in, and which bus number to take.

Location is excellent, except some of the views are blocked by the front buildings. Food offered is less attractive.

We had an amazing time at the hotel, the workers were always helpful and welcoming, the room was perfect and the hotel provided a good variety of things on site such as the cave bar or the two swimming pools. One thing I would note is the hotel is 30/40 minutes walk away from the old town or Taxis are about €8.50.

Good view which located on the cliff. But the service here is really poor. I got a room with broken air conditioner in the bathroom. After arguing with the staff in hotel for hours at night, I finally changed to another room. Be carefully! It may destroy your holiday!

We booked a room through trip.com which based on the picture led me to believe that the room had a balcony with a view of the sea.  Room was an interior room with no view.  Feel clearly misled by trip.com’s advertising and will use a different site when booking our next room.  Was in Greece and Croatia for three weeks and this was definitely our least favorite room.
