Location is very convenient within the plitvice lakes national park at entrance 2. The bus stop and bus ticket office are a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and the ticket office for the park 5 minutes down the road. Front desk staff were very helpful, answered questions and assisted with online bus ticket purchase and printing of our bus ticket! They have luggage storage, so you can enjoy the park before or after you check in/out.
Rooms were quite dated and run down. It smelled musty. Bathrooms are small, beds relatively comfortable. For a one night stay the room did its job. Our room had a balcony, which was nice as you could hear the waterfalls from the room.
Included breakfast was lovely. Great variety.

Perfect, full dog friendly place for discovering beauties of the P!itvice pearl. Much better looking than expected for 2 star hotel. Good solution for cheap morning breakfast.

I lived here for one night, everything was great until the end. I left my luggage in the hotel and picked it up at 7pm. I need to wait for the night bus so I gently asked if I can wait in the lobby. The staff was rude and refused me. She told me to wait in the opposite hotel. End up I have to wait in the hotel which I didn’t live in and they DIDNOT kick me out!! The opposite hotel is better!! I was so angry and never though they won’t let me wait in the hotel! Is Autumn, the outside is cold and dark!! How can they treated their customer like a dog!!

The best thing about this hotel is its location, just 5 minutes walk from the second entrance to the park. This entrance is usually less crowded than the first one. Price versus quality ratio is just right. Room is clean but the bathroom is quite old. The walls are pretty thin so we can hear people talking outside, walking along the hall or even footsteps from the floor above. Breakfast is ok.

Even though the rooms are nothing special, the hotel is the perfect starting point for the visit of Plitvice national park. It's right at entrance 2 which is less crowded and allows you to start either way. You can also start early morning and avoid the crowds. Breakfast is ok.
Also it's great that you can prolong your one-day ticket if you stay in this hotel (or any other that belongs to the national park)!

Staff really friendly and helpful but the hotel is somewhat worn down to the point they should stop bodging repairs and fix things, our room had a smashed chair on the balcony, completely blocked shower drain, terrible smell(probably due to blocked drain) the room door would swing open if you didn't lock it before opening the balcony door, just generally in a poor state of repair. Great location however if you don't want to travel far after a long day's walking around the lakes

Definitely a two star hotel, however, a very well run and clean one. It's location is fantastic, right beside the national park. They allow dogs which was a big plus for us and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included too and pretty good. Rooms are basic and very 80s which I liked after recently watching stranger things. I'd recommend.

I would rate the room as a 2 star. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is beautiful. Our room was very out of date and the bathroom was clean but so old and poorly designed. You also get a second day in the park for free which was a good deal. Comfy bed. Prime for exploring the lakes.
