The staff were friendly, the location was great, and the lake view was fantastic. It was a shame the whirlpool in the sauna was broken. The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry my luggage down during checkout, but everything else was excellent. Breakfast was also delicious, as they took individual orders.

It's inconvenient to carry your luggage to the bus stop. Contact your hotel and request a hotel shuttle bus. It's free. Asking at the bus stop information desk may also be possible. Show your Plicavicé admission ticket and they'll stamp a one-day extension. Take advantage of it!

Overall, it's pretty good. It has all the necessary facilities, but they are not very good. The hardware is old, the sauna is small, and the swimming pool is also a small corner. For the buffet, it is recommended to go in as soon as the opening time comes, otherwise the options seem to be much less. The facility is a bit small and old, but there is a free car service at the entrance and stop of Plitvice, and the massage was good. Spa (swimsuit required) and fitness center are available for free use. Plitvice admission ticket can be extended for free on the day of your stay. It was good because it was easy to go when there were no crowds. Breakfast was also satisfactory.

The holte have 4* but the last one don’t deserve because they don’t offer service like for 4* hotel. The air-conditioning was broken in our room and it was hot, in the middle of summer. Even if we opened the window it was still 25C in the room! They gave us a fan but didn't do much to help in terms of comfort.

Had dinner here and the trout fish is not too bad. Although this is a 4 star hotel, it doesn't feel like one. The rooms are small and dated. Air-conditioning didn't seems to work well in our room. There is a heater in the bathroom so it is good to dry clothes. WiFi seems to be only available at the lower floors cos some of our tour group members couldn't get WiFi at the upper floors.

Hotel is good enough, very close to the beach and shops etc. Only down side is there is no lift and only air conditioning in the bedroom. We arrived and it was a heat wave, 40 degrees. Basic, beds were old but comfortable.  Air con wasn't on. Appearantly, they put it on when they think it's necessary. Bathroom was reasonably clean, some mold though. I was on holiday and decided to go to Noa Glamping Resort. The staff was friendly and welcoming to guests. I had trouble with my door, so the maintenance team came in 10 minutes to fix it. For the price of the cabins, I expected more. The pool is nice for a dip, the overall cabin is cute. However the staff are lovely and helpful. But you are stuck in the middle of nowhere with very limited food options and the shop is a drive away. The clubs and bars are fun! And I guess that’s what everyone is there for, to party.

Everything was perfect for our stay during a festival. We were at 2min max from the Zcre Beach with all the shops and clubs. It was really confortable. Our appartement had not overlooked and very modern. The pool was not that deep but it was really enjoyable to cool off from the heat. Nothing to say about the inside of the house, modern, clean. The place is perfect as far as location goes. It’s right in the action! It is definitely not worth the price as they are very strict on every little thing. They will charge you 5€ for a lost key card. Typical hotels those are free. They only have us two for the entire suit of 6 people. This was surely something else! Full restaurant of stuffed bears, boars and rabbits. It was like entering both a fairy tale and a horror movie haha. The food was exquisite! And the portions were HUGE! We recommend :) Especially if you're spending a day at Plitvice.

Stayed there for work for 9/10 nights. The team there are one of the nicest I've met at a hotel, and cant do enough for you. It’s already our 3rd time in a row in this hotel! The water is perfectly clear, purifying even and the air is fresh, because of the many trees at the coastline. Upon entering, a very warm welcome. Fine facilities such as jacuzzi and sauna that you may use. If you have the room for 2 people, however, in the shower is room for 1 person. Otherwise super nice and nice people. Close by a supermarket and a 15 min walk to the entrance of the plitvice park.

As part of bus tour, we stayed here for 2 nights in cottage 6, room 4. Each cottage seems to have about 10 rooms and ours was 3rd floor but young staff did deliver and collect bags to and from our door. We were travelling with a group & stayed at this great resort. Food was fabulous with the breakfast spread being a stand out. Staff were super friendly. Our room in one of the chalets was comfortable ( 15 steps up to the room was a bit daunting after walking around the Plitvice lakes for 2 1/2 hours - but staff carried bags up & down for us.). The most amazing, serene location. Nature sounds everywhere, wonderful places to sit and enjoy, the restaurant was great too. It feels like truly being in nature, and super easy access to Plitvice Lakes park. The reception will guide you easily into how to make a great experience out of the park.

Marvellous place, at a stone s throw from the lakes. Charming wooden houses, warm and friendly staff. Very welcoming. Ideal accommodation for families with a number of activities including a petting farm. Very tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. The only downside, the food was slightly on the expensive side. Otherwise, a magical experience!

This place was better than the photos! I picked it because we planned on hiking Plitvice the following morning. The proximity was great, but the room & the staff were even better. I’d totally recommend Villa Knezevic if you’re in the area.

We stayed overnight after seeing the lakes, the room was great. It's freshly renovated, modern and comfortable. Beds were cozy, fresh sheets and towels. Just opposite of it is a pizzeria I truly recommend. We didn't order breakfast but it is available for the price of 12€. If you are looking for a stay near the lakes I fully recommend this stay.
