This is the place to stay if you visit Plitvice Lakes National Park! I took a Bus from Zadar and the Bus Stop was right above Hotel Plitvice;such a perfect Location! The customer service provided by Lorena was SUPERB! She made sure that my experience in Plitvice was extraordinary AND she assisted me with my travel plans to my next destination! Lorena offered excellent suggestions for dining as well! I even got to go back into the Park the next day because I was staying at Hotel Plitvice; it was so convenient!

Perfect hotel right in the park. Beautiful place to stay to visit the lakes. From check in to having beers with Mirela and Gordana were very friendly and professional. The waterfalls in the parks are worth a visit to see. There are upper and lower lakes we did the whole park in one day absolutely gorgeous

Terrible breakfast - lousy coffee, poor quality food
No hotel amenities - could not even get a hot water urn for the room
Poor information from front desk (told us we did not need a reservation at a restaurant and we did need one
Room was not cleaned well - toenail clippings left by a previous guest
The only thing to commend this place is its locals near entrance 2 to the lakes.
The lakes are amazing; the hotel was awful and not cheap. We paid 190 euro per night and stayed 3 nights.
The hotel does extend the one day lake entrance ticket you buy if you stay longer
No elevator so you need to haul your bags up the steps (or wait for one of their staff to help).
I would recommend that anyone visiting the Plitvice lakes stay somewhere else.
Even the lobby coffee shop which you pay for served coffee made from old or scorched coffee beans.
We stayed at similar level places in rogaska slatina and the food, service and coffee was far superior. Hotel plitvice is just not trying at all. Stay away.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The jacuzzi was not working and it was dirty, they delivered us food with cheese in it twice even though we said we are vegan, the heating was not working properly, to make the electricity work and jacuzzi they were shutting off the electrical board (every 30 min we needed to do that), nobody was wearing mask anywhere, the massage is the worst massage I have ever been too (the masseuse didn’t stop talking and it was rude when told of he can instead of massaging lower back massage upper more), and they served the breakfast that was leftovers from dinner on the dirty tablecloth. Overall I would not recommend it at all! Run from it!
Also we have been physically attacked from the owner for recording. There have been police involved. We have a small baby and they were telling us to leave at 22:00 if we were not happy. They didn’t let us pay, even though we wanted to, so I guess they saw their mistakes.

Top!! Beautiful location .. it seems to be in the west ... excellent cleaning .. food as well! Close to one of the entrances to the plitvice park.

Amazing place. Great, friendly, competent staff, especially at the restaurant. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace. Walking distance to the beautiful Plitvice Lakes.
