The air-conditioning was broken in our room and it was hot, in the middle of summer. Even if we opened the window it was still 25C in the room! They gave us a fan but didn't do much to help in terms of comfort.

Great location outside the unadvertised, third park gate. Make sure you have tickets as none are sold at this entrance! Staff were super friendly and super helpful and provided us an itinerary for the two days we were there. Lots of things to do in the hotel. One of our party is vegan and they were catered for there; however, it would be nice to see some vegan options on the menu as the restaurant was superb and the talented chefs could create some tasty options to compliment the rest of the excellent food served. One improvement could be a swimming pool - the hotel has so many other facilities, the only thing it is missing is a pool!!

It was a very satisfying hotel. The location is near Plitvice Lake Park, so it's easy to walk there. The staff were so kind that I felt really good from the moment I checked in. The room condition was clean. It's made of wood, so it doesn't feel modern, but it matches the place perfectly. Fortunately, it was on the first floor, so it was easy to move luggage, but if it's on the second floor, there are stairs, so it might be a little inconvenient.
Also, there's a playground, farm, and outdoor terrace, so you can enjoy yourself at the hotel. There's also a play area where you can play billiards and darts, so it was nice to spend the evening after visiting the lake.
Breakfast was also great.

Guests can enjoy a variety of leisure facilities including table tennis, darts, and billiards, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hotel also features many cozy corners ideal for quality time, complemented by friendly and helpful staff. What I didn’t like was the restaurant, which felt heavily overpriced for the quality it offered—the menu was limited and the food was just average, clearly relying on the prime location rather than culinary value. Our room included a kitchen, but strangely, it lacked even basic equipment like plates, cutlery, or simple utensils. Breakfast was fair but unremarkable, and while the location is indeed special, the overall experience felt somewhat overpriced. Additionally, we were unexpectedly out of water for some time in the evening as the pressure was completely gone.

I am really dissapointed since I was looking forward to the weekend and when we got into the room they told us the jacuzzi is hot we got in was only 30°C and we asked them they said it would get hot waited for 2 hours nothing changed got in the shower the water would flancuate from hot to cold in between seconds. We asked them for another room with a jacuzzi we pain 220€ for a jacuzzi outside in the terrace we could not use because of them they took us to an attic room which was really small with a vask that had some functions. We asked for a refund noone would give any responsibility for that then I went to sleep the sheets where see through I could see that the bed under was with blood which nerved me even more. Told them that noone would care.

Room that we got was very comfortable,very cozy,the first one that we booked was under repairs so upon our check in, a really friendly reception named Anes introduced us to our new room with the hydromassage tub. The staff is doing their best,they will do everything in their power to indulge your wishes. Location of the hotel is so near entrance no.3 of Plitvička jezera national park,so it's really practical to get there on foot (to avoid all the parking mess). This place is magical when it's snowing,so I deeply recomend to go during the snowy times. We were here for 4 days,and 3 nights. The bed is a bit too soft and creaked in the middle,but I guess I'm used to harder matress. Dogs are allowed,so that is a big plus,we brought our pet with us and we were all together,enjoying our time . Two things that I have to criticise,are the hotel restaurant, and the spa area. The prices are too high when it comes to simple math. I mean,breakfast is awesome,but so is every buffet type,all you can eat and lots of food. Staff super super professional,and really pleasant.Also,pets are allowed in the restaurant. We were there for lunch and dinner ,costs a lot and it isn't even near the expected for that amount . In the spa,a lady that works in wellness was really friendly,as all the staff in the complex. But again,the prices are extremely expensive,so we didn't even thought of using the wellnes area.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the food was delicious. My recommendation is to update the rooms and facilities to match the quality of service your employees give. They aren’t bad just old. Lots of dusk and cob webs. But great location for park!

Very out-of-the-way place if you are coming from the main entrances at Plitvice Lakes National Park, although there is a third entrance close to the hotel. Looks and feels more like a lodge than a hotel. The food in the restaurant is excellent!

Poor quality of premises and poor quality of food. The breakfast was small and lacked variety, and the coffee machine did not work. They claim to be a 4-star hotel, which is not correct at all and makes matters worse. For the price they charge per night, this is horrendous. I would recommend one of the hotels in the park. (This hotel is not in the park but just outside it.) The septic also smelled terrible and the stairs are super slippery when it rains.

Ate dinner here only. Was SUPRISED by our bill after we ate, more than I expected, as others have stated they only have 2 options - meat platter and fish. There is no menu so it was a surprise how much it was when we got the bill. Otherwise it was a good dinner, owner was very friendly and nice atmosphere.

We came for dinner, had a great time and tasty food. We took fish plate and meat plate and both were great! There is also a vegetarian option, which also did look awesome (had a glimpse at some other table). There is one fee for whole dinner and you get a starter, salad, main course and a dessert, plus drink (like an orange juice; tea or beer is paid extra) and unlimited servings of delicious homemade slivovica. There is a great atmosphere made by owners, they are kind and funny and make the good time :)

The pin on the map is on the wrong side of the road and the entrance is from the back so we had a 5min problem to get in but it's nothing significant - owners of the property on the other side of the road directed us with no problem :)

We went there with our family after a day in the national park. For 30€ there was a nice 4 course menu (starter plate, main dish + salad and cake) and a lot of schnapps that was served every now and then by the owner.
As I'm a vegetarian I got a plate with a lot of vegetables and potatoes instead of the meat/fish. The food was really tasty even though a bit cold (which was probably as well due to the fact that we were eating outside).
I can only recommend going there with your family/friends and spending a funny evening with some nice food after a day in the park :)

We had dinner here our first evening, and cane back the second one for drinks, because the atmosphere was so amazing. Carlo knows how to make you feel at home, he brings out a full menu including freshly grilled food for a very reasonable price. Also, he made us cave for round after round of his schnapps.. Would definitely recommend!

We only had dinner so can't say anything about the rooms. But it is very well located close to entrance 3 of the Lakes. The host is extremely friendly. As soon as we arrived he greeted us and made us feel at home. We received multiple shots of his schnapps. You had the choice between meat and fish for the menu which made choosing not that hard. :). Food was very tasty and portion was very large. Price was rather low for such a nice menu.
