The staff were friendly, the location was great, and the lake view was fantastic. It was a shame the whirlpool in the sauna was broken. The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry my luggage down during checkout, but everything else was excellent. Breakfast was also delicious, as they took individual orders.

It's inconvenient to carry your luggage to the bus stop. Contact your hotel and request a hotel shuttle bus. It's free. Asking at the bus stop information desk may also be possible.

Overall, it's pretty good. It has all the necessary facilities, but they are not very good. The hardware is old, the sauna is small, and the swimming pool is also a small corner.
For the buffet, it is recommended to go in as soon as the opening time comes, otherwise the options seem to be much less. If you don't want to go to the crowd, you can also eat at the order-based restaurant opposite. There are also two restaurants not far from the hotel (10 minutes walk).
The location is very convenient. It is a short distance from the bus station (13 minutes walk), but you can also book a shuttle bus to the bus station to walk less when you leave.

The facility is a bit small and old, but there is a free car service at the entrance and stop of Plitvice, and the massage was good.
Spa (swimsuit required) and fitness center are available for free use.
Plitvice admission ticket can be extended for free on the day of your stay.
It was good because it was easy to go when there were no crowds.

I definitely chose this hotel because of its convenient location. There is a path on the right side of the hotel to Entrance 2, which only takes a few minutes. This reservation includes breakfast and dinner. The meals are provided in buffet style. If you want water or drinks for dinner, you need to purchase them separately. The food quality is very average. Don’t have high expectations. Just be full. The room facilities are relatively outdated, and the hotel has a sauna and fitness room.
When leaving, you can ask the hotel staff to arrange pick-up service to the bus station, which is free of charge. 
The hotel can extend the national park pass for free. If you buy the first day pass, you can go back to the hotel after activation and ask the staff to extend it for one more day. This is also one of the advantages of staying in a park hotel.

The hotel is very close to Plitvice Lakes National Park entrance 2. But it is far from anything else. There is no kettle and air conditioner in the room. The only hot water provided by the hotel is very dirty in which it has full of floating 2mm sized snowflake like sediment dust. There is no shop close by to buy clean water & the worst is that the hotel restaurant does not allow anyone to fill clean water but forcing you to refill dirty hot water into your drinking bottle. Two nights had two dining experience at hotel restaurant: first night the food is just okay. The second night we had been served cold plates regardless we ordered hot main course – both pork fillet & veal meat were chewing & already cold when on our table. The side vegs in the plate were not freshly cooked – too cold to eat!! For the breakfast if you are after large tourist groups then most food containers will be empty. You must have time and wait for most empty food containers to be filled up again. It is clear that the old hotel is designed for tourist group not for individule travellers.
