I had very low expectations for this resort from all the negative reviews I had read beforehand. I booked a stay from the pictutes, and chose Noa Roko apartments, self catering. We are 3 days into our 10 day stay at the Waterman Kaktus, booked a privilege room with sea view which is lovely ( room 310), the view is fabulous. Could do with tea and coffee facilities but we brought a travel kettle. We went to get some dinner at 8pm and there was hardly any food left, when asked if there was more the chef came out and said sorry no. The food we did manage was awful, chewy overdone...

Resort is excellent, especially great animation and entertainment for both kids and adults. Animation team with Ivan as their leader, have great games, quizes, dancing coreografies, and are very cooperative and friendly to all guests, they are awsome

What a great family holiday. We stayed in a sea view room (222) on the second floor. The room was clean with good facilities and was cleaned regularly. The hotel team looked after us well, were always available, and were super friendly, particularly the bar staff. We arrived at the hotel after midnight, and there was a member of staff waiting for us just outside to show us where to park and where to check in. Everything was great. Employees are really nice and helpful. Rooms are big, cleaned daily. There is variety od food at every meal. They even have themed diners (world cousines). Unlimited drinks of all kinds. Snacks during the day could be much better. Should put back burgers, fries, pizzas. And have more ice cream flavours. Add a litte bit more animation/entertainment.

Great hotel with good breakfast options and fantastic roof top bar. Our room was spacious and clean but did experience noise when the bins were collected early each morning. Would certainly stay here again, but would make sure the room is away from road side of the hotel. Staff were friendly and really helpful.

A clean and modern hotel by the port of Supetar. Super easy to find once off the ferry. Breakfast pretty good but same every morning. Great views of the sunset from the rooftop bar. €15 rent for a towel per person for a week was a bit odd. Never had that before. Have just returned from 10 days @ Villa Adriatica. Location is great - just 5-10 minutes walk to supermarket, bars, restaurants & beaches. 15 minutes walk to harbour, ferry & bus station. Arrived at this beautiful hotel on Brac and stayed for 1 week in early Sept. very clean, great GM, lovely staff. Walkable to everything the town has to offer. Such a nice relief from the chaotic energy of Split, but close enough to visit the city or other islands, beaches and villages. Definitely recommend this villa for a ‘no problems’ experience.

The hotel is located on a quiet side street a few minutes walk to the supermarket and a few bars and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the harbour and 15 minute walk to the ferry port and bus station. The beach is a 5 minute walk away with crystal clear waters. Take beach shoes as it is shale/shingle. Zlatan greeted us upon arrival at the hotel with local figs and a drink! He was very welcoming...

Other reviews are valid, the only additional issue that stopped us giving 5 stars is having to negotiate 4 flights of stairs in darkness because the stairwell lights are on a timer! This a safety risk that money-pinching / environmental impact cannot justify.

Great place to stay. Had most things needed for self catering. Clean and enough space for two. Check in and out was easy. Host was available via WhatsApp for any questions and was friendly. Also main beach was only ten minutes walk away. Brac and Supetar are both very special and the sea was crystal clear

Supetar superstar! We were in Supetar for a family wedding and our on-sight hotel employee Natasha was incredibly responsive and helpful. Centrally located perfect as a launching pad for our adventures on the island of Brac.

Nice apartment with lots of utensils. We enjoyed our stay very much and had a great time in Supetar. The pool was great and the whole place was really clean! Close to the beach and supermarket but even though quiet neighborhood. Can highly recommend it for anyone.

Very nice place close to the beach but not so close you could hear it all day long. It is located in a quiet neighborhood to our liking. The pool was great and we enjoyed it very much! The rooms offers lots of different utensils. Even though the balcony was close to the next buildings roof we enjoyed sitting outside. It was very convenient to live close to a small supermarket.

Perfect accommodation. Immaculately clean, a gorgeous pool and located close to the beach and central Supetar. Great communication with Milan prior to our arrival. Our studio apartment was very comfortable, the air conditioning was very welcome! We had a great holiday and will definitely visit again.

We arrived at Waterman quite late and the lovely staff checked us in and gave us our key and a drink of water. The camp itself is very clean and well maintained even the shared toilets/shower rooms are lovely. The Bungalows are lovely the only thing we did find is they are smaller than the photos make out. Had an amazing stay, would thoroughly recommend. It being slightly detached from the town made it a really desirable place to stay in terms of how quiet it was. The little houses were an interesting concept and I really enjoyed mine. The only criticism I’d have is that there is no street lighting or pavement on the main road for the first maybe 200-300 metres, making walking at nighttime slightly disconcerting...

We stayed in bungalow F8 at Waterman Beach Village and found it good value. The accommodation was clean and well-kept, with regular fresh towels, two bathrooms (a real bonus), decent showers and excellent air con. Beds were firm. There was a very large TV that we didn't use. Tiny House - Nice and quaint, nice bed, bathroom and has chiller and patio. However, there was only 2 face towels and 1 bath towel for 2 of us. When we asked for 1 more bath towel, was informed that there was not enough! Has a small pool for Tiny House’s guests. Other areas have their own pools. Walking distance to a beautiful beach. Theres laundry room on site but need to buy your own detergent

If you’re a sea swimmer the location of this resort is incredible. Don’t forget beach shoes as there are some sea urchins upon entry to the sea. The view of the mountains in the back drop is incredible and the water is still and crystal clear. We are staying in a bungalow which is similar to a small static caravan but nicer in my opinion. Very nice and good staff and a beautiful location. It has beautiful buildings, graden and beach. However, I would not call it a 4 star hotel considering the room, probably an below average 3 star. However the location and the surroundings make it worthwhile! The breakfast is okay, but I would not recommend dinner.

This place has great landscaping. The garden in the resort is lovely and large. The beach offers plenty of natural shade under pine trees meaning you can stay at the beach all day. The annex rooms are spacious and have a private garden with a scent of rosemary and lavander which are planted in abudance in the gardens. The food is great as well.

In love with this hotel and surrounding! It deserves more than 5 stars!
