We have just returned, 2 adults 2 kids aged 6 and 9. The room was ok, enough space for 4 of us. We were lucky to have a large balcony with 4 sun beds and a small table and chairs. The hotel has a great location and a nice pool, but the service in the bars and restaurants was disappointing – no smiles, no friendliness, which really affected the experience. The food was very repetitive, the same every day. For this price, you can definitely find a better option. Reception staff was also unhelpful – our request to change the room was met with indifference.

It was somewhat disappointing, because from a four-star hotel I would expect a little more. They have everything needed, but their idea of a double bed is to push two beds together. If there is already a kettle in the room, it would be nice to have some tea or instant coffee provided. The breakfast is decent, and the dinner is nothing extraordinary. Stayed here on a family holiday in July, the apartments were clean and well maintained. It is about a 25 minute walk to Ayia Napa town with plenty of shops if you choose the main road in or a nice walk along the front. Lots of places to snorkel, as well as other water sports nearby. The staff were so friendly and the food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

we stay at limanaki beach hotel every year, this will be our 4th visit. Food is absolutely amazing, cannot fault it, portions are huge and you have a great selection to choose from. One of best hotels which I have stayed in ayia napa for bed and breakfast. The hotel was spotless and staff were very helpful. The view from our room was amazing. The location was perfect we could walk to restaurants and bars. The bus service is also very good to go to local beaches. Hopefully we will be returning in the future

Absolutely recommend this hotel! The staff is super friendly, the facilities are great, and we felt at home during our 18-day stay. The rooms were cleaned daily, and you can cook and do your laundry. We had a pleasant stay in Panas, the hotel is perfectly situated between the main beaches and the busy city center. The staff is lovely and the pool is great. The food served at the buffet is good as well. The only downside are the rooms, where the furniture is oldish but in good shape though.

First of all.there.was a delay.2 hours to give us the key they did not enough staff to clean the appartments there was a general delay for all clients. I am not satisfy for the cleanlness at the 4th day i asked them to give us clean towels with the excuse that their washing mashine has broken...it needs rennovation. its too old

I am very glad that we chose this place for staying during our holiday. The location was perfect: just half an hour walk from Nissi beach and Limanaki beach, close to evening fun locations, but far enough from all the noises. Strong Wi-Fi was available in all locations. We have spent 4 weeks at this facility and I have to say that the experience was amazing. Location is very central and you can easily reach all amenities.
