Hotel needs to be upgraded as it is showing it's age - but it's ideally located in the centre and has easy access to the strip for bars and it's a short walk to the beach. The place is perfect comparing to what options there were after I got here. The advantage of this place is that the pool is surrounded by trees, you can sit in the shade or in the sun, it's quiet and the people are very nice here, you can eat at any time of the day at their place. Near it there is a restaurant, shop and bus station and at 15m you can reach the beach (but it's nicer at the pool).

Rooms are very spacious, everything is very clean. The staff is very polite and helpful, and the food is good. The location is great, close to the beach and close to the bus station.

Hotel is a cheap and cheerful hotel. Staff were spot on especially bar staff. Rooms were nothing special but done as a base for the week. Around the pool was chiled as we were a group of 18 with our own music. All inclusive drinks was okay but nothing special and food was okay but again nothing special. Nice cheap hotel in the middle of the strip. You get what you pay for. The room was nice, aircon worked. Very comfy bed and we slept really well. I was lucky enough to go for nearly 3 weeks. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food was excellent, not repeats after a week or two. The staff were remarkable, even with our slight language barrier, most speak very good English. And we made ourselves understood regardless. Would I go again. ??? In a heart beat. What a wonderful find. Ideally situated, great staff, good food. Practically on the beach, nice walk into Ayia Napa along the coast ( 35 mins) or to Nissi beach ( 10 mins). I would highly recommend this hotel.
