Hotels All-inclusive in Famagusta District

A special highlight was our cabana on the beach. Beautiful sea, excellent service, smiling waiters and bartenders, and an endless flow of food and drinks. You can simply switch off and enjoy the holiday

Dinner at the seafood restaurant on the pier was fantastic — especially the minekop fish, which I definitely recommend trying. We also really enjoyed the Turkish à la carte restaurant

Very nice hotel, beautiful beach, nice swimming pool, good food though the restaurant is too busy. We had some electricity issues but were fixed quickly

A huge thank you to Kaya Artemis for the hospitality and these three fantastic days. We left with wonderful memories and would happily come back again!

Everything is very well organized, the staff are friendly and attentive, the food is excellent, and there is plenty to do for both adults and children

The kids were absolutely delighted too: the water park, parasailing, and the amazing water cars built on jet-ski platforms

Definetly a must for me,noahs arc is the key for my holiday, the sea, aqua park also the restaurant is stunning. Animation crew is also knew what they were doing straight up professionals

Hotel's rezort is very beautiful, great service, very delicious food of never ended dishes, the best pool ever, very nice beach. The best is tropical garden around the hotel with very proffesional service everywhere

The best time I had at this hotel was at the Sunsun Beach Bar by the seaside it was really enjoyable. İnan is a great guy with a pleasant personality and wonderful conversation

The hotel is excellent, so much nice animators, i left my kids in miniclub so smily girls there And so much positive energy!!! Love this hotel, everything is clean

Barman and see and all are very perfect. Sou si crasy and good barman. Inan is vefy good. Poll is very good. Sea and eati g is very good.

we are spending there one week and all is the best. Nice great rooms, food is very tasteful, delicious and reach varietties

The Limak Cyprus Deluxe Hotel is a great place for families and travelers. The staff is very friendly and helpful. From the moment you arrive, they greet you with smiles and do everything to make you feel comfortable

We stayed as a family and had a fantastic experience overall. Hospitality was excellent, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the standards met exactly what you expect from a large international hotel chain

To what I was told locally, there is no prohibition on indoor smoking under current Cyprus laws, and at certain times the ballroom environment became uncomfortable d, e to smoke—more reminiscent of a traditional coffee shop than a modern event venue

The food selection was very broad and well managed, including clearly available gluten-free options, which was much appreciated

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Whether you stay in a simple room or a suite, you can be sure that everything will be in order. The beach is perfect for children

We stayed during and after the New Year period, and the atmosphere was vwell-organizedl organized

These little additions make the experience feel fresh and thoughtful. For example, on the 8th of March every woman received a lovely small gift when entering the restaurant for dinner, which was a very nice surprise

The restaurant offers delicious and varied food, and for special occasions they create lovely touches such as beautifully arranged dinner tables or cocktails

Restaurant: I don't remember their names exactly, but whoever your chef was, he was excellent. Everything we ate was wonderful, congratulations to him

The food and drinks are first class, entertainment also. You couldn't find a better hotel anywhere

As a family living in Antalya and coming from the tourism sector, we understood why the staff were so happy. You exceeded expectations because you are financially stable and it's very clear that you keep your staff happy

I’m starting to think that Suleiman (one of the waiters) might be a mind reader—he always seems to appear at exactly the right moment with exactly what you need. That said, the whole team works incredibly hard

If you are child free they have child free pool. Inside and outside pool, gym, snack bar, bars outside, playground , kids club, babies club. Entertainment for kids at the evening. Staff are really helpful and so nice

There’s a shop attached to the hotel with everything you could think of. Perfect location , beach is just crossed the road with the best bars. We did not notice any noise during the night and felt really safe

What an amazing hotel! It is absolutely spoless , food is amazing and so much choice for vegetarian , gluten free , kids menu… you name it The hotel is huge and they have everything for families/kids

“We had a really great stay at your wonderful hotel, which I can highly recommend. The staff were very friendly, and the food and drinks were excellent. A special thank you to Manager Anne, who was very kind

Our first visit to Cyprus as a couple, the hotel was clean and rooms spacious. The grounds were immaculate and location is a 2 minute walk to Nissi Beach which has plenty of bars and restaurants

3rd visit in a year the hotel is excellent staff are friendly shocked that they knew what i drank and said welcome back and even knew where i sat in the adults restaurant ,the hotel is clean food excellent and staff go the extra mile, already booked for june 2026 can't wait, last time wad upgraded wow what an experience

Had a great meal in Aroma Restaurant Mare Ayia Napa. Hamid was extremely helpful. I follow a strict GF diet and the team were v helpful and accommodated me very well. Highly recommended. Thank you!

The Mediterranean restaurant was first class and the food was incredible

Other than the fact that we were told by our tour agent that the swim bungalows were adults only, this hotel is second to none. We come to cyprus several times a year and can safely put this in our top 3 hotels

Our room was clean could not have asked for better. There is a lady at,Reception called Nahmeih she went over and beyond for myself and my Daughter. We will definitely be visiting again especially this Hotel

An excellent dinner @ ESTIA. We thank the hole team around us to nite: IKSHA, SUSAN, AYAJ, ADAMOS (with an excellent wine recommendation), chef ANDONIS, COSTAS, DAVID & DIMITRIS.

All were absolutely beautiful The swim up bungalows with fully luxury amenities and vibes top location calm atmosphere and the food in the dining and in the restaurants was high quality with many options We definitely visit again Mare!

We have just returned from an Easter holiday break as a family of three we had a great time and found this hotel a very good base for our travels Food we found the good great great variety and great selection of snacks from the back bar just thought could if been a little hotter at times the food was cooler than we liked Drinks the alcohol variety was good and I enjoyed the sparking wine the soft...

The rooftop restaurant is well worth a visit, you can use this free once during a weeks stay. Great food and a lovely atmosphere. If you miss breakfast or don't want to use the restaurant at lunchtime there is a snackbar

The chefs work so hard to provide great tasty food. At breakfast you can have an omelette freshly cooked which are always lovely. A big shout out to Mr Mario, Ali and George and the rest of the restaurant staff

Gino and his team were brilliant and we saw some good new acts too. The food is always fantastic with so many different choices. The desserts are especially good (if you have a sweet tooth like me)

We did have a couple of small issues once, but as soon as we let reception know, these were quickly sorted. Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. Housekeeping always greet us with a big smile

The hotel is well situated and close to shops, the harbour and bars. The beach is just across the road. We've stayed in many different rooms over the years and they have always been great

The drinks package on all inclusive was very limited and the quality poor! Keo is considered a premium beer here and attracts a charge as does anything more than basic drinks

We were immediately taken care of and shown where all facilities were located: restaurants, cafes, sitting areas, spa & indoor pool. The rooms were a standard size, clean and bright with a walk-in glass shower

The restaurant quality & service was of excellent quality, fresh, wide selection of local & international dishes with a rich dessert buffet. The waiters were polite and and so helpful with the kids

It is also close to the port and central Ayia Napa filled with restaurants, cafes, coffee houses, boutiques and souvenir shops

The cocktails are vile and the Gin fizz tastes like cold lemsip! Even the soft drinks are non branded and of very poor quality and the evening entertainment is non existent

Upon arriving, during check in, two lovely welcoming friendly staff members instantly gave us an upgrade to the Keliva luxury suite. We were then driven across to our new accommodation and It was absolutely stunning

Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Food choices were brilliant both a la carte restaurants were great and we had two coeliacs in our group - they provided great gluten free options including pasta dishes and pizza along with good labelling in the buffet and they made gluten free pancakes freshly each morning! Stella in the salon is lovely and looked after our bridal party on the wedding day, she...

The location is perfect, if you are half-board you can easily go on a bus and buy groceries or go to restaurants, lot of good restaurants in the area fir example "Limani restaurant"

Where do I begin! We got married here in October 2025 and stayed for 2 weeks. The wedding ceremony venue is beautiful overlooking the sea, Thalassa for the reception is amazing

Drinks - wide variety to choose from, including cocktails, so you'll always find something to drink

The bar has plenty of choices, cocktails were great. Rooms were being refurbished this winter and I can't wait to go back and see!!

We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views. The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had. I have to mention the pancake lady

Staff was very friendly and we felt very welcome. Food was delicious, we had all inclusive. We will definitely come again.

Little extra touches that make all the difference. Different light settings including bright and ambient and a subdued light in the bathroom that comes on with a sensor in the night as you stand up from your bed

Drinking water dispenser on every level by the lifts. It was ok for me and I expect that they would have warmed it up had I said anything so I don’t think this is a reflection on the hotel just personal preference

Cleaners did a fantastic job throughout the hotel. (They cleaned none stop morning till night working really hard) Lovely modern decor and design. Breakfast as expected from a buffet style breakfast

Lock on toilet doors by pool broken. Wipe/sanitize lift doors and buttons more often. (Everything else was immaculately clean) Had an amazing relaxing holiday. 😊I would 100% recommend this hotel

Julia from Guest Relations was exceptionally helpful and kind — she assisted us in arranging a rental car and made everything easier. The value for money is one of the hotel’s strongest points

THEROS restaurant has great atmosphere, lunches my favourite while still space for improvement. What client would like to oder client gets is the motto of high quality customer service

Even the smallest details were thoughtfully considered. Honestly, NissiBlu exceeded all expectations

Amazing Staff, Great Food. 5 star experience.

For a relatively young men with yellow stained all over carries front teeth - yikes for restaurant , to overweight belly out he is hardly the image of upmarket beach resort corporate culture

Then he said cheese plate with some grapes is salad bar lunch @ € 16 which again I didn't ask for - soup, salads, cakes, fruit, cheese. Then he said he doesn't have what I would like in a la carte

Then one day I asked to order cheese plate and grapes, already on the buffet, and he suggested offers that didn't meet my would-be order

From walking into the hotel to leaving nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff Our room was wonderful and cleaned 6 days out of 7 We walked out of our room and there were sun beds/pool were right there( also pool towels are included for your stay) The food was great in the restaurant & pool bar and in the la a carte restaurant (which you get included if staying AL for more than 5 nights...

We just spent 5 nights at Atlantica Panthea. One thing I read a lot before going was the food- we had zero issues with it. As a fussy eater I always found something to eat

The evening entertainment was hit and miss. The drinks are watered down quite a lot ( even soft drinks)

The hotel is different to what the norm is with it being laid out in small blocks which I found really nice but my wife likes the traditional hotel layout. She did enjoy her stay though and grew to the idea

The staff were very welcoming from the time we arrived to the day we left and were always happy to help us

Don't take any notice of the bad reviews. Me and my wife stayed here for a week from the 21st September

Deanna and staff serving drinks etc. always smiling and chatty , taking time to get to know the holiday makers

Loved all the restaurants and food was top class, we loved the entertainment with the queen tribute show one of the best we have seen (excellent)

Repeat guests for over 20 years. We choose this hotel for ease , to relax and the quiet location. Lovely beaches within reach and have the option of aria napa/ more going on , if you want it

The buffet offered a wide selection of fresh, high-quality dishes that varied at every meal, while the speciality restaurants were exceptional and well worth visiting

Maybe like 2 days Pools are great , several choices and the lazy river breaks it up for you , something different. If there were a negative I would say that the main restuarant food is never really that hot

There are lots of different areas to sit and chill , depends on what you want out of a holiday. Quiet area, entertainment arena with shows, or another area where they may have a singer etc

Excellent service at the hotel, comfortable mattresses, modern design, delicious cocktails. All inclusive system (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks at the bar, ice cream and all drinks throughout the day until 24:00

Great Hotel in Protaras …. Staff are veey friendly and helpful.. rooms are always clean and with amazing view… Food and drinks are great… all areas are clean.. I recommend this Hotel

A wonderful hotel with excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a warm atmosphere. The staff was attentive, the facilities were spotless, and the overall experience exceeded expectations.

Its location is excellent – just a few minutes’ walk to Sunrise Beach and right next to the main street in the center of town, with shops and restaurants all around

The food was exquisite with a diverse range of delicious options that catered to every taste. We are definitely visiting again and again. Thank you for the vacation Tsokkos Protaras Hotel

The kitchen staff were especially polite, and the food was amazing much better than in some other hotels I’ve stayed at in Cyprus. The meals were tasty with plenty of options, so I never got bored

8th April for 10 nights All inclusive. Hotel is modern and clean, pools are clean and staff are very friendly. Was not given much info on arrival apart from scan QR code. So we figured ourselves regarding mealtimes, etc

We looked forward to a Atlantica hotel like the ones we've stayed before (Sun Garden Ayia Napa x2, Oasis, limassol and Agean Blue, Rhodes) This was so disappointing we believe only 30 rooms were in use during our stay we was all inclusive yet eaten out every night in protaras or Ayia Napa we left yesterday 19/04/26 and was offered a coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool area which came with cookies...

Entertainment was poor in all honesty we ventured out most nights. The big letdown for us as a family was the All Inclusive, we upgraded to this option which we do regret, food options was very limited same most days

There was no ice cream station all they had was choc ices. We have stayed at many hotels as a family in cyprus including Grecian, Cavo and we were really felt the food/drinks were a big let down for the hotel

We did find it hard to create a decent meal out of what was available. We spent further money eating out most lunch/evening times. Children’s options was 3 trays of either Rice, chips and 1 meat option

We cancelled our A la carte meal due to tasteless food but was told it's much nicer when you book (How?) I would dread to think what this hotel is like in peak season

-the food was good -the all inclusive doesn’t include the cafeteria from some redone so no food besides the meals. -the head of the shower was very basic.

The hotel is really nice and comfortable with a lot of possibilities for couples or families. Pro: big room with comfy beds, 3 big pools, indoor pool for free, direct sea access with amazing water

Food was good with plenty to choose from for 1 weeks stay. Special congratulations to the pizza chef. Lots of parking possibilities with free parking. Good gym with everything you need

Cons: room cleaning could be better with more details. In conclusion we definitely will come back!

Great location for relaxation The hotel and facilities are lovely, walls a bit thin between the rooms so noise travels and our neighbours were quite noisy

The pool and gym facilities were great, we got a yoga class on the first day too which wasn’t advertised anywhere but was a really nice bonus

We have stayed here many times over the years for many reasons. Polite, friendly and helpful reception staff. We enjoyed all our meals with plenty of choice

This was our fourth time in a row at this hotel The hotel is situated on Makronisoss beach, the beach is perfect golden sands, calm waters Asterias beach hotel is one of the very best hotels in Cyprus Outstanding food, warm welcoming staff who are so friendly and helpful We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the hotel and it was made so special by the wonderful staff If you want to experience true...

Staff extremely friendly and drinks where lovely

This was our third time stay at this beachfront hotel, and once again it did not disappoint. The location is perfect, with beautiful sea views and easy access to the beach. The atmosphere is always relaxing

The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. I especially appreciate the peaceful environment and the attention to detail throughout the property. It truly feels like a home away from home

The Chef has excelled offering new and delicious menus, especially with a few unexpected and delicious surprises. Cleanliness maintained throughout the hotel. Pool areas kept spotless and supervised

What really made our experience unforgettable was the animation team. They were incredibly energetic, fun, and professional. Every day they organized different activities, games, and shows that kept everyone entertained

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay

Food has also been great with a variety of options available pretty much all day every day. I came on an all inclusive and would definitely be back again

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. A special compliment to Sotos. His cocktails are very good and he always has a friendly smile. Worth coming back again!! Keep up the good work!!!

Great hotel approx 30 mins from the airport. Nice clean rooms with comfy beds and air conditioned. The pool area is also nice and clean and watched over by a life guard all day

Excelllent hotel experience. Food selection excellent with good variety of dishes. Bar service excellent especially the Sotos cocktail made by Mr Sotos himself.

We loved this hotel clean great service safe beautiful beachfront!! The rooftop restaurant is highly recommended amazing food and drinks with an outstanding view from the rooftop patio.

Everything about the hotel was first class. From the facilities, to the rooms, pool, breakfast area and general first class cleanliness. The staff were all extremely friendly.

In one word wow. Excellent hotel, great location huge swimming pool, large and very Very bright room, good food and restaurants, great beach near the hotel, Fun entertainment programs and more and more.

Overall this is a really great hotel experience as an all inclusive guest. I would very happily come here again!

Our short trip to Cyprus which was a wedding present from our relatives, turned out to be a pleasant surprise as we found ourselves at Grecian Sands Hotel! Extremely affable Welcome at the reception was a start of beautiful chain of events as meeting friendliest staff I’ve ever met in hotels

Clean, cozy, stunning view, you need to go down to the sea along the path, the view is gorgeous, the sea is clean, the sand is snow-white, the breakfasts are delicious, it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the central streets

We were enjoying the hotels all inclusive program and what an bargain! Three times per week we were able to book each of the restaurants attached to the hotel

All of the food we tried was to die for! So so good! The other nights the dinner was served in the buffet restaurant and that was also really good and high quality food and wines

The noise from the street or the restaurants under the room didn't bother us at all. We do normally live in an bustling city so we like the noise more then a totally quiet place

We we're then served the most beautiful and tasty drinks and wine's

The lunch was served in the lounge area near the pool, it was from ala carte menu. Breakfast was also delicious and served as an buffet. High quality liquor, wines an beers were served in the pool bar near the lounge

The suite i spacious and do have a lot's of storage. The bathroom had both an shower and an jacuzzi. An small group in an sitting area. The room was kept spotless by the housekeeping staff
