The artificial bay in front of the hotel is a great place for small children and old people, but the water in it is not as clean as on other beaches

From the moment me and my son arrived all of the staff were amazing nothing was too much always smiling the grounds and pools were immaculate and the room clean fresh great size and air con was excellent! I found this to be the right mix of activities if you wanted but also quieter time to chill

I really hope this hotel does the right thing and uses its common sense on their pool rules as I feel they will be met with alot of families no longer wanting to book this beautiful place that they clearly worked so hard to have right in so many other ways

- I was walking across the pool holding a small rubber ring (that was then allowed) to take to the other side of the pool while my daughter swam next to me and was told no adult is to hold a float in the pool (I was just carrying it for my daughter)

White sands and very warm clear water or you can swim in the lovely outdoor or indoor pools. Fantastic place to for all the ages and family to stay. I would definitely go back without hesitation

The hotel has a great pool bar with a varied menu selection, also for vegetarians. It is elevated with the best view of the bay and beach

We booked through Jet2 and could only get a garden view room so I called the hotel to upgrade our room to a top floor sea view room and spoke with Coola (spelling?) she was fantastic on the phone and extremely friendly and helpful and I think we had the best room in the hotel with an amazing view we were delighted

Plenty of beautiful areas to sit down and rest or with friends for drinks and the stunning beach is literally at the bottom of the lovely gardens and very safe for swimming with life guards watching over everyone

This place is a miracle! The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the extraordinary garden and beach, with lush green plants and colourful flowers. I am vegan and had a delicious meal for breakfast and dinner

The hotel location is fantastic, about a 20 minute walk to the local shops although there are 2 small shops next to and opposite the hotel (although the prices are a little higher than the shops in town but worth it when you can't be bothered to walk and its nice to support them)

Notable dishes to try; calamari, fish, various yummy salads, delicious soups especially the chicken and vegetable varieties. This is my first all inclusive and it has made me want to holiday in this way in the future

Always something for the two fussy 13/14-year-olds. So you’re not caught off guard like I was they supply a kettle in the room with cups and glasses, but you have to purchase your tea coffee water etc

The things I liked in this hotel was the room design and pool area. Also the fact that we were so close to Nissi beach

Cleaning in the room during the day was very briefly ( not what you expect from a 5 star hotel). Not much space to dry of clothes and towels on the balcony

A Wonderful Stay – Truly Deserves More Than 3 Stars! We had an amazing experience during our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff

The pools are a lovely temperature but a little slippery when you entered, there are hand rails though. The gardens are kept tidy and the garden red are constantly working hard

The food is always warm, yes there's the salads bar, pizza station and pasta station every day but that's the same everywhere

Nice touch having some free items in the fridge, our chilldern (21/17) made sure they drank their refreshments. The only thing I would change would be more comfortable seating on the balcony but that's just my preference

The bar staff are very friendly and we enjoyed the drinks, especially the vanilla milkshakes! I have to say we have been to many all inclusive over the years and this hands down is the best buffet yet for each meal

Our room was clean and the miad kept it like this every day. My husband and I found the beds extremely comfortable and slept very well. The air con in the room was a great temperature too

The hair dryer worked very well and there was plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. The bathroom could have done with an update as was a but dated but still clean

3 Coffee machines that make all types of coffee, tea and milk areas and a fruit juice/water dispenser. The pool looked nice enough although I didn’t use it

Your towels for the beach/pool are in your room but you can change them for clean ones daily at the pool bar. For me the main draw was the beach/es. The main beach is very pleasant, golden sand and clear blue waters

The sea was very warm for this time of year so swimming was my main focus whilst here

On this short trip I stayed mostly local, only walking up the coastline towards the centre of Ayia Napa and back again. I really enjoyed this trip and the Asterias hotel made for a great place to base myself

They have a shop for essentials, but a couple of supermarkets up the road if you need more. Laundry is extortionate, but you can wash smalls in the sink if needs be. All in all, great hotel, great staff

The hotel may have provided a kettle upon request but I didn’t ask, instead I stocked up on iced coffees from the nearest off-site supermarket which is about a 10-15 minute walk out to the main road & has a much larger selection of items than the small convenient hotel shop

Pool was good and really clean the day we used it but we are note beach focused on our hols and love the sea. Location is great and near everything you need with some great beaches nearby within walking distance

We had a really lovely chat with him about family values and he was so lovely to speak to and you could tell how genuine he really was. He made the meal very special for me and my wife and we tipped him really well also

Television wasn't plugged in and had the wrong plug on it but we don't use them anyway but just a point to make. Food was really nice and very varied every night and there wasn't a day we didn't enjoy our meals

Rooms could do with a little touching up in places ie the shower silicone in room 4313 could so with a renew and tidy up. Other than that the rooms are very large and everything was as it should be

Some of the staff you have need to be truly recognised for the service they give and this was the young with the glasses and the most amazing snile called Veronica who was in the dining area

The outside entertainment area is in need of a good look at the way it is laid out and needs more of a seating area to make it better if you want people to use it more

We had a great stay at Nelia Beach! The staff was amazing, whether it was the restaurant/bar staff, the spa staff or reception, everything went well. There was always space around the pool during our stay

The gym is one of the better hotelgyms I have seen. 1 minut flip flop walk from the pool. On the down side quite a lot of plastic ends up by the shore. Someone should clean it up every day

Got the All inclusive so free sodas, ice cream and snacks for the kids and drinks for mum and dad. Burgers and pizza on demand after 15:00 for the kids. Maybe evan for mums n dads?! Got a room with two bedrooms

Stayed at Pavlo Napa for 8 days in June during my 50th birthday. Wife and 2 boys, 10 and 12 years old. Whole experience was amazing. And the restaurant food is really great

It was nice place, next to two the beautiful beaches. The hotel has a clean and spacious family room, as well as small playgrounds both indoors and outdoors and well-equipped gym. The place is suitable for families

The place really exceed all my expectations! Everything was great, from the apartment, the food, facilities and friendliness of the staff to the excellent location just a few minutes to the best beaches, and very close to shops and restaurants

great activities in and out of the water😄 I recommend it, it's worth spending time here, it's peaceful and the view is beautiful and the team that works in the hotel, each person is extremely nice and helpful☺️

The little beach in front of the hotel was a delightful bonus that was not even advertised! Most of all, we were extremely happy with One stop Entertainment who made sure our kids have non-stop fun
