Not bad at all. Being off season, some things were not usable, but to be expected

The hotel was good enough for a 4 star hotel. But the rooms are not sound proof. We heard lots of noise from downstairs at the first night. And very loud music playing next door after midnight. I had to report to the receptionist cos it’s impossible to sleep. The music stopped 10 minutes after I complained. The breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

My stay at the hotel was mostly good — the room was clean and the reception staff were really helpful and lovely. The only downside was how noisy the neighbors were, which made it hard to relax. Overall, a decent stay but the noise was a big issue.

I spent two days here for a solo mini break between Christmas and New Year. The hotel is modern with a luxe feel. The staff were all consistently helpful and friendly. Extremely friendly staff, very helpful and would always go the extra mile to help you. Location is by the beach and next to a good seafood restaurant. However, it is far from the airport, city centre and the shopping mall. It depends on your needs and breakfast was good!

Absolutely beautiful. Couldn't of had to quarantine because of close contact to covid (didn't catch it myself but was in contact with someone who did) Shame I couldn't use the facilities but it was amazing. I just stayed one night after landing and took the opportunity to take a massage with Cornelia. The massage incredible and really help to reduce some pain I had. I would come back just to see Cornelia again. The hotel was nice, i had a good night and bath. I didn't took the time to breakfast.

Everything was absolutely faultless, a perfect stay. The room was spacious, comfy and spotlessly clean either beautiful sea view. The location is excellent, right next to the seaside promenade, and close to both the Intercity long-distance bus station and the Larnaca bus station. It offers convenient access to dining, entertainment, and public transportation to surrounding cities and the airport. However, the front desk staff were rather indifferent.

Nicely appointed hotel in a good location not far from Finikoudes beach and St Lazarus church. Nice restaurant. I don’t think the hotel has lived up to the Indigo standards. It was not bad in terms of the design, but very small and basic, not the typical Indigo that I had expected. The breakfast was the same every day and was boring. The orange juice was clearly not freshly squeezed to me, but the staff insisted it was. It has been a big disappointment we expected more from a member hotel of IHG . The staff were almost 80% foreigner's without full qualification needed in hotel services . I'm currently staying at the villa as I'm writing this and I rarely write reviews but this place is great! It's in a secure complex with private parking. I'm currently staying 4nights in no10 and the villa has all you need from a swimming pool to cable TV and is also very clean.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities—including the pool and gym—were well maintained. I just LOVE Ciao Stelio so much. We come over for work a lot, and it’s our most favorite hotel in Larnaca. The staff is fantastic, friendly And helpful. I feel home every time I come back here . A modern boutique hotel but I feel it is geared more for business travellers - it is very close to airport and there were aircrew staying - than tourists as it is a fair walk from the old town and has no pool (there is a public beach across the road). It is also quite expensive for a holiday hotel - although Larnaca hotels are more expensive than the resorts

We had defective curtains in our room, and we immediately received a free upgrade. I came in at midnight, was a bit spooky but in the morning with the sun shining it was nice and very peaceful. I had a great stay here over 4 nights in early September. I was very comfortable in the little open plan apartment, which had a fully stocked kitchen and was very clean.
