The Lighthouse Villas in Pervolia

Great location- quiet, peaceful and green! Very decent bedrooms, great outdoor area with a dining table so you can enjoy meals with the family and friends outdoors! however this is where it all ends!The service from the owners is horrendous - the developer/owner doesn’t timely address issues that arise with the property. They argue back and make you feel that you are asking something beyond any reasonableness.
The swimming pool is of very good size for a private pool, however the filters and pumps are not designed for each other and hence the pump is not strong enough to pump the water, so the pool is always dirty. We’ve addressed this issue months ago, however nothing has been done to date other than to replace what once was a proper and powerful pump (that broke) with a very weak one. Overall the money paid for this house rental is not worth the lousy service received.
We DO NOT recommend this property for long term rental. As such this is also confirmed by ex tenants who have hopelessly battled with the owners and in the end decided to vacate the premises. Currently 3 out of 7 big villas are empty.

Although the house was clean the stairs are poorly designed and as a result are dangerous. The bathroom door was scrapping the floor and would not fully open. But the worst was the swimming pool,. The filtration system was not working and the steps were broken resulting in the pool being inaccessible.
