Hotels in Kiti

Quiet Location ideal for families clean & spacious modern apartments. Swimming pool is good.Beds are very comfy great mattresses.shops & restaurants are close by also airport is only 15 mins away.

I was looking for a place in kiti. It worked out to approximately £60 a night, that's 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), 2 bathrooms, a generous kitchen and dining, with living room room, as well as a huge balcony. The property was great, it even has a pool and courtyard. The facilities were good, very happy that it had ac and boost for the shower. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here...

Stayed in a private apartment here. Rather isolated but fine with a car. Next to very nice village (Kiti)

Lovely quiet place to relax and enjoy the sunshine and beautiful surroundings.

Very well looked after and peaceful. Swimming pools in each block. 10 minute walk to Kiti centre where there are plenty of places to eat. 10 mins drive from Larnaca airport - your aeroplane could land, and you have literally got your luggage, rented your car and got to Horizon View within half an hour! Perfect after 5 hours sat down! Obviously close to Larnaca beach front too where there is plenty...

Would highly recommend the light house villas, as a unique gated, safe and enjoyable stay. The villa provided for everything we needed and was spotless clean, even the curtains had a beautiful clean smell. The villa is of high quality construction and the furniture, beds etc are modern, new and comfortable. We will definetly visit again. Katerina is a special lady, with a huge smile, who visited both...

The place is really secure ,it is a gated community of a few houses. Each house has a lovely pool and outdoor space. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to barbecue there, also, you are allowed to smoke outside (if you do). The house was very clean (could do with more cups, glasses etc.). They provide towels (really clean!), shower gel, shampoo. There is an iron & ironing board & a safe. Our villa had...

I'm currently staying at the villa as I'm writing this and I rarely write reviews but this place is great! It's in a secure complex with private parking. I'm currently staying 4nights in no10 and the villa has all you need from a swimming pool to cable TV and is also very clean.

Stayed at E Hotel Spa & Resort for one night before an early flight out of Larnaca. The lobby is renovated and looks great, and the room was spacious and clean, though a bit outdated. The rooms and corridors definitely need renovation and a refresh. For a short stay it did the job fine and was fairly priced.

A nice place to relax, good location! Professional work of the management staff, good approach to customers.

WOW, what a great potential that is not fulfilled. The hotel is next to a quiet neighborhood and very close to the sea. Few restaurants and bars in walking distance. Breakfast was reasonable. Due to poor management and maintenance the spa is not active. One morning there were no pool towels, the fitness room has broken equipment that might even be dangerous. We stayed in a villa with detached small...

Overall this hotel is good. When we arrived we had little trouble finding the parking spaces, but after finding it (on the left on a narrow road) we saw it was spacious. When we headed for the reception a man welcomed us. He was very Nice but we had a hard time trying to communicate in English. Overall after that we had a really nice experience, the food was nice, the pool was big and clean, and the...

We stayed at E Hotel Spa & Resort Cyprus for one night before our next flight and it was a really good experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and relaxing, which made it perfect for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything worked smoothly for us. A great choice if you need a pleasant stopover!

Excellent hotel. Clean, peaceful, and very quiet. Good breakfasts. Warm pool.

Great and quiet place to stay! Ideal for families. Clean beach half a minute walk. Most of the people here are pet friendly. If you visit this place make sure you have a car because you will need it to go to the market or somewhere else. Nearby is the fish tavern Akrogiali, which can be reached on foot along the sea. There is free drinking water. Great salt lake sunset view.

Great place for peaceful and relaxed family vacation. 15 minutes from LCA airport

They had a great time here! I will definitely book this apartment again! Be sure you have a car otherwise everything is extremely far

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and found it everything that was advertised. Its location is great, a very short drive from Larnaca airport, and a very short walk indeed from the beach. The apartment was well-equipped, the bed comfortable, and all of my requests satisfactorily addressed.

Very good hotel. Small and cozy in a very good area

I enjoyed my stay here. Main convenience is the airport bus stop within walking distance. Room was as described and very clean. Great for a quite stay with a more secluded area of the sea and quick access to the Salt Lake reserve. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the attached restaurant is open throughout the day for some of the best food in Larnaca. Sadly, the one draw back is the...

Amazing jem very close to airport and city, very big rooms, well equiped, very clean and very friedly staff. Would definitely come again if i m in larnaca

We used the place to stay overnight in between flights and it was great. Very clean and very close to the airport

Very good location, just minutes walk to Makenzy beach, salt lake and Larnaca promenade. We had two room suite for the family, it vas very nice and cozy though small.

The hotel is good, located near the airport, the rooms are clean, the furniture is new, breakfasts are paid 7 euros - 13 euros, but they are worth it, the chef is great. I recommend it

Just stayed one night for next day flight but enjoyed a totally charming experience. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, had a great night’s sleep. Svetlana and Sotia at reception could not have been more helpful and caring. Place has a very warm and friendly vibe, enjoyed chatting with older lady cleaning floor who has been there since it opened in 1980 and was happy to share the history. The...

I wanted an accomodation directly on the beach. Nothing else was important. The apartment has a little kitchen, fridge, everything is okay.

This hotel is in the perfect location. It was very clean. It could use some updating. There is a two burner stove top, but not pits, pans or cooking utensils. There is only shared public parking . The staff was very friendly. This hotel is a wonderful place to stay for a very reasonable price.

Spacious, clean rooms with very nice view. Well equipped, but from the kitchen the pots are missing, maybe you can get from the reception I didn’t try to get them. Bit dated, but only a road separates from the beach. The town-center is 30 minutes walk. I enjoyed my stay. A/C superb, wi-fi strong, view astonishing.

Good place to stay. Nice location on seaside. Many nice restaurant to eat out around. Clean nice hotel apartment.

I really thought this place was great. Very nice room, spacious and comfortable. There was a small kitchen too. We ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed the food and the lovely sitting area. It is right across the street from the beach where there a lounge chairs to sit it. A very pretty area and close to the airport.

Clean room, good service but the next door building there is building work and they start before 7, which is very annoying, avoid this hotel if you can until work is finished.

This hotel was amazing right by the beach very nice welcome on arrival helpful staff room very nice and clean shops around great balcony

Nice location - not far from the airport and the beach was across from the property. Restaurant food & beverages were good but service was average. A mix between good and poor. Overall I had a comfortable stay.

After a tiring whole day tour, we were greeted by wonderful restaurant staff at 10 pm. The dinner and breakfast were good. The reception staff was very helpful. The location is also good. Very near to airport.

I just LOVE Ciao Stelio so much. We come over for work a lot, and it’s our most favorite hotel in Larnaca. The staff is fantastic, friendly And helpful. I feel home every time I come back here . The only downside can be the music from the near by hotel which usually stops by 11 pm. Thanks to all the amazing staff and my favourite Ana.

A modern boutique hotel but I feel it is geared more for business travellers - it is very close to airport and there were aircrew staying - than tourists as it is a fair walk from the old town and has no pool (there is a public beach across the road). It is also quite expensive for a holiday hotel - although Larnaca hotels are more expensive than the resorts

Great location. The hotel is old with outdated equipment. Breakfast is satisfactory. The rooms are clean.

The hotel has everything you need, but basic. Reception is friendly and helpful. If your not looking for posh, it's OK. The beach is just over the road a big plus point. If you like watching planes fantastic place.

Plenty of food and shops around and the beach is 2 minutes away. Its close to the airport, but taxi will still cost you 20EUR.

Location and staff were amazing 🤩 Could do with a little renovation But served our need

I arrived at 2am and was upgraded to the fourth floor, so they definitely have 24 hour reception porters. But I still didn't get what I wanted and had two single beds instead of one double bed. There is also no tea and coffee in the room and I had to retune the TV as the channels were so bad I couldn't even get a clear picture and sound. Besides this everything else is acceptable and I have a safe...

A bit basic and tired but does what it says on the tin

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Island Boutique Hotel. The location is perfect right by the sea and ideal for getting around while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The food was amazing every day, fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, with everyone going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special thank you to Elvie...

The hotel is top notch. From the clean to the tidy rooms - very good location and beautiful sea view from the balcony. In addition to all that, a rich breakfast and very friendly staff at the reception of the guy who works I forgot his name. Thank you very much

Amazing location, only a few steps from the sand and the beach! You can literally listen to the sound of the waves crashing and the seagulls calling. The hotel is very clean and offers a good breakfast with many options.

We stayed here for 1 night only. The location for us was perfect with enough parking space infront of the hotel (free parking untill 7 oclock in the morning). It was 9 min away from the airport which for us was the reason why we booked the hotel. The stunning part of it was the balcony facing the sea. Though, the bathroom was super bad. The faucet was broken, the smell was horrible and fungus was everywhere...

Review for Island Boutique Hotel Our stay at Island Boutique Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were truly amazing and made us feel incredibly welcome — especially Dimitra at the reception, who went above and beyond to assist us. We had made a mistake with our booking that could have cost us a lot of money, but Dimitra didn’t leave our side until everything was completely resolved. Her kindness...

We had a great stay at the Cactus Hotel in Larnaca. The hotel was clean and the rooms seemed to be recently renovated. The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby. For a short stay of a few days, the combination of location and price is really hard to beat. The staff was always friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was unfortunately not the best...

The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are quite nice. It's located outside the city, but there's a bus stop nearby with direct airport bus lines 425 and 427. The bus ticket costs 2.4 euros, regardless of the distance. However, dining options and supermarkets nearby are quite far away. I found it inconvenient that the hotel doesn't provide tissues or drinking water. The breakfast selection is...

We spent almost a week at the Cactus Hotel and the experience was amazing! The rooms are brilliant, not that big, but enough! Good bathroom, toilet, balcony! The breakfast also is not the best one, every day the same, but all fresh. I missed fruits. There is a coffee machine, so you can have as much coffee as you wish. Very well located, it’s a walking distance to the sea, close to the mackenzie beach...

Excellent hotel, looks great! It feels like it's been recently renovated, I really enjoyed it! The only downside is that there's no fridge, and no tea, coffee, or kettle. That's a minus, but overall the rooms are fantastic.

Very good location for sightseeing and walking on the beach. Hotel was clean, and my bedding smelled clean, the breakfast buffet was modest, but hearty. The staff was friendly. The ceiling downstairs in lobby and breakfast area is a little bit low for tall people. My room had a smell of sewer odor from the bathroom, so I kept the door closed. The key for the room took a little bit jiggling to get...

Unforgettable experience lovely 🤩

It's such a beautiful apartment overlooking the beach and sea with amazing views

Lot of space end you have everything in the apartment.

Beautiful view, close to the small port, bars and restaurants.

Everything smooth Good rates location

Cheap and close to the airport. Bolt works, €22 each way. Bus stop is close but it’s not reliable especially if you’re coming from late night flight. This is the cheapest I could find in the area with breakfast. Has balcony with a glimpse of the sea. Main tourist attraction is 15-20min walk. St Lazarus Church and The Fort. This is passable if you’re on a tight budget. It just feels and looks dirrrtyyy...

Everything was ok besides the things thats not been mentioned in the website that visitors are not allowed in the room. Overall everything good with room amenities but very noisy and disturbing early morning and late nights . Its not so peaceful environment to stay in …….

Lovely low budget hotel Conveniently close to the airport, some beach & a very good mini market Friendly staff

Hi, good hotel for the money. Polite service staff for cleaning, bar, canteen. I advise to install hair drier in all rooms

Time seems to have stood still in this hotel. The style is reminiscent of 80s classic nouveau. It's generally clean, but lacks some extra amenities like a razor, for example. A pleasant surprise was finding a hairdryer and a fridge in the room. I read a lot about this room, but I guess I got a really good one. Also, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM – a basic English breakfast (good food...

There are no restaurants or supermarkets within 200 meters, but it's not far from the beach, a 10-20 minute walk. There are quite a few seafood restaurants by the sea, and they're quite tasteful. The breakfast at this place is pretty good, much better than what you'd find at a BW in the US.

Very clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.location is very ideal .

Great hotel, very friendly staff. The heated pool is a very nice feature.

Good location close to transportation, airport tour attractions, sea, resturants, Clean hotel , good breakfast, very nice service , good reception staff

Great hotel - minutes from the Larnaka embankment, warm pool, nice breakfast and helpful staff

It's a little small, but it's the only room we could manage for a family of three. It's not far from the airport and the business district, and it's very convenient for visiting the salt flats and mosques.

Great location. Room was fine and reasonable value for the price. Service was good and responsive

Comfortable bed , shower always poweful and warm. Wi fi fast and reliable , Facilities close and easy to reach.

This apartment is between two entertainment areas and many beaches along the waterfront. It's great that it has free parking. The area is quiet. We lived walking to different places with 15 minutes

These are great we'll priced apartments. Has everything you need. We like having our own kitchen. Also great that there is plenty of parking. There is a small market 1minute away.

Just a beautiful nice safe and peaceful spot where solo women and even children walk at night without a care in the world with nice views set back one street away from long promenade. Only 50M of pleasant local houses between you and the sea. A bit like Sitges and how old Nice or Toulon were. Too many cats! I would stay here again but not anywhere else that is set too far back or close to other taller...

Basic accommodation in a basic town in a basic country. Floors sadly need updating. Small room. Minimalist. Great internet.

Perfect location near the Church of St Lazarus and not far from the bus to go down to Old Hospital by the Voco. Ask the manager for the story about the Onisillos Airplane.

The rooms to small, A/C not working front door handle broken,no reception after 12 midnight! This mean you will be giving keys to open the safety/back door.

should be 0/5 for the room and cleaning but there is no 0 stars. The location is top. Mold in the room and smelling bad

Stay was amazing, with great central location and very good customer service. Thank you!

Fantastic hotel perfect locatiom This hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the beach and harbor—an ideal spot! The service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly kind. Special thanks to Shalom for making our stay extra memorable. I’d happily return and highly recommend it to everyone!

hot water only for 9:00 to 21:00, for small money, don't expect too much.

Great location and friendly staff service and room was also good size and bed as well the only slight minus was needing to wait 5-10min for hot water to come through the shower as it was a cool day

Second time I've stayed here, room is lovely and the power works even you are out to keep your room cool. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is wonderful.

I love this hotel! Clean and comfortable with helpful staff. Great location - easy walk to beach and restaurants. The breakfast buffet (included) is fantastic. I’ll definitely stay here every time I visit Larnaca.

The hotels location is perfect! Everything the city has to offer is within a walking distance. The breakfast was ok, some variety. The hotel furniture and interior is ok, feels a little old but not bad. No paper sleeper that was a bit uncomfortable but that's because we visited during a cold time, usually should be ok. The personal is very nice and helpful. I would recommend the hotel, it is in such...

We booked this hotel twice and both times we had the same room for people with disabilities in the basement. Not very convenient.

One of the best hotels in Larnaca. Location is unbeatable, close to everything important. Good breakfast. Clean rooms

The hotel boasts a great location and excellent service.

I really liked this hotel, not just for its location—a quiet yet convenient spot, just a few hundred meters from the Church of St. Lazarus, surrounded by bustling shopping streets, and very close to the beach. The hotel service was excellent, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was also very good. I hope to stay here again next time I come back.

Nicely appointed hotel in a good location not far from Finikoudes beach and St Lazarus church. Nice restaurant. Nice pool deck but unfortunately closed from Nov 1 - disappointing as no real alternative outside space. Staff very pleasant, courteous and helpful. But for pool deck issue would have given 5 stars.

I don’t think the hotel has lived up to the Indigo standards. It was not bad in terms of the design, but very small and basic, not the typical Indigo that I had expected. The breakfast was the same every day and was boring. The orange juice was clearly not freshly squeezed to me, but the staff insisted it was. The shower head was very dirty, please train the staff to pay attention to the small details...

It has been a big disappointment we expected more from a member hotel of IHG . The staff were almost 80% foreigner's without full qualification needed in hotel services . The did not clean the room properly .Under our bed was dirty and dusty we saw it when we searched the ring felt under the bed. They did not change sheets almost all the period we stayed. Every day we had to ask for extra needs that...

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly, the breakfast delicious, the facilities clean and the room, although a little small, was comfortable with a large balcony. The hotel is ten minutes walk from the centre of Larnaka, really in the heart of things.

The room was clean and it’s in a great location. Center of town, near the beach, and near a lot of shopping. You can walk anywhere from this location.

The room was fine. We had to wait a long time to get in the room .

The communication was great with the owners. The facility was nice and affordable. We loved the ability to walk to everything.

Great location and nice host but the room would have needed some renovation. There was a smell that was attached to all our clothes.

The location is wonderful. A few minutes walk from the beach . The costumer service has deteriorated . The pillows were quite old, we had to bed for coffee and sugar. Last time it was wonderful, they were so generous and nice. We won’t come back anymore

The hotel has a great location (you can see the Church of St. Lazarus from the windows), there are many shops, restaurants, cafes, and the embankment nearby. But the hotel is very quiet. The room is spacious and cozy, has everything you need: a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishes. There are sun loungers in the courtyard near each room. There is no reception, you need to contact the owner to...
