Breakfast was fresh and diverse, and the location was both convenient and peaceful. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations in service, cleanliness, and value for money, and we would gladly return.
When I asked to change room they said the hotel was full so I couldn't change the room until the following day even though I'm an ******* VIP member. Instead I had to book a room at Les Palmiers Beach hotel, a nice hotel close to the ocean.
The upgrade (for the following day) that they offered me was their loft room but instead of honouring the VIP membership they charged me an additional €50! When I asked why they said the upgrade came with access to their private lounge. So the following day I checked in at 6:30pm only to be told the lounge shuts at 7pm so I didn't even get the added "benefit".
What I will say is all the staff were nice and friendly but without doubt this is the single worst experience I have had in my 40 years of travelling around the world.
The hotel is ok but nothing special, the area is awful with road repairs and derelict buildings and BEWARE of the room with no windows!
