I had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Island Boutique Hotel. The location is perfect right by the sea and ideal for getting around while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.

The food was amazing every day, fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, with everyone going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

A special thank you to Elvie, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and it really made the stay feel personal and memorable.

I would 100% recommend staying here and can’t wait to return!

The hotel is top notch.

From the clean to the tidy rooms - very good location and beautiful sea view from the balcony.

In addition to all that, a rich breakfast and very friendly staff at the reception of the guy who works I forgot his name.

Amazing location, only a few steps from the sand and the beach! You can literally listen to the sound of the waves crashing and the seagulls calling. The hotel is very clean and offers a good breakfast with many options.

Terrible hotel. We checked in late in the evening, so there was plenty of time for them to clean the room. But for 120 dollars we got a bathroom taken over by black mold, which can trigger allergies and asthma. And the mold could’ve been removed easily — it scraped off with a fingernail.

On top of that, the air conditioner was broken. And to make things worse, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes — more like old cigarette butts.

The breakfast was very poor, and the vegetables were disgusting.

The guy at the reception just sympathized with us when we pointed out all these issues.
Overall, look at the photos and decide for yourselves.

We stayed here for 1 night only. The location for us was perfect with enough parking space infront of the hotel (free parking untill 7 oclock in the morning). It was 9 min away from the airport which for us was the reason why we booked the hotel. The stunning part of it was the balcony facing the sea. Though, the bathroom was super bad. The faucet was broken, the smell was horrible and fungus was everywhere. It was because we only stayed over for 8 hours and we were tired of a whole day of traveling and meetings that we didn't had the energy to ask to change rooms. I would not recommend this hotel.

Wonderful location right on the beach and only a 10 minute drive from airport. Lots of parking around. All rooms have balcony facing the sea. Large fridge in room which was great for storing drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. Location perfect for seeing the island as only a few minute drive from the highway. Look out for the beautiful sunrises from your balcony.

Pros: By the beach, with free chairs and umbrellas, and close to the airport. Walking distance (30 minutes) from the historical center. Spacious rooms. Cons: The hotel advertises that all rooms have see views, but the 1st floor has a view that's mostly obstructed by the roof. If you are going to pay full-price for the view, request a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, otherwise it's money thrown away. The beach is not as nice as in other nearby places (Ayia Napa, for instance), but the water looks clean. The problem is the sand: full of litter thrown by guests and not cleaned by the property or the municipality - disgusting to walk barefoot. Breakfast was OK, but the only drinks served were coffee and artificial juices (no water). You can only get one beach towel per guest, so you have to use the same one to sit on and to dry yourself. Shower was broken, drinking glass was chipped, air conditioning very noisy, sink was dirty, linen ragged/ripped/stained (some of these issues were fixed after I complained, but it was a very short vacation and I wasted a lot of time having to deal with issues that should be basic hospitality). Staff was rude and confrontational (except for a very nice young man who was working the breakfast salon). Free wifi worked on and off in my room. No bar service at the beach, even though it is 5 meters away (guests have to pick up drinks and food themselves at the counter to take to their beach chairs). Not a boutique hotel, and I believe there are better options for the price (which is not cheap, especially for a 3-star) in Larnaca.

We stayed for our summer holiday in August 2024 as a family of 5. Hotel was clean, the 18 rooms makes it feel quiet (which we loved).

Food was very good, staff friendly and the location fantastic. Lots of nice restaurants near this location both walking and short distance in car.

The beach was perfect for a young family. We would definitely stay their again!
