Full of kids on tennis academy. Food poor and showers cold. No fridge in rooms. No local restaurants so you will need a car.

Hotel is nice, if u get a decent room! 1st room was a lovely double room, then 2nd room was like a shed grubby, dated, and depressing! Although after complaining about 2nd room we got a free upgrade to a 1 bed apt! Spotless, n lovely! Staff were nice! Breakfast wasn't to my taste, n not a great selection for a buffet breakfast!

+ Hotel was quiet and clean. Bed was confy and the pool clean.
- Breafast was wery poor. I don't understand why they offer breakfast buffet if there is only a few visitors. Houskeeping didn't empty waste bins during my visit at all even my room was otherwise cleaned every day. Location was far away from the beach and the ruins so you need a car or good feet to walk every day 5km to the beach and then 5km back.

- indoor pool was disgusting, stagnant and closed, pool bar was closed, breakfast was horrendous(cold coffee and old food), bedding was dirty (blood), broken toilet, gym was un safe. staff had no idea what was going on (different breakfast times etc) worst place I have ever stayed.

The Episkopiana hotel is located in the outskirts of Episkopi village near the city of Limassol. The popular Kourion beach is approximately 3km away. It's a plain hotel and somewhat dated in need of renovation. It has an outdoor pool and restaurant. The pool bar makes nice frappee coffee and the staff is friendly.

This is more a sports hotel... For teenagers.
Quite noisy. Poor breakfast and the dinner wasn't worth the experience.
The hotel requires transport to be able to go shopping as it is pretty remote from the main town. I spent 1 night here. And changed hotels.

It's a lovely hotel, but not the best (even not the middle) in the Cyprus. Air conditioning is the worst I have ever seen before, you better buy about 5 huge water bottles not to drain up absolutely.

My husband and i stayed at Episkopiana Hotel for seven days, hotel was clean, rooms were large, bed was comfy, food was good, staff very nice and very helpful. could not do enough for you. We had a very good holiday would recommend Episkopiana Hotel.
