Semiramis Lodge in Platres

My husband booked the stay as the gift for my birthday. The hotel is ok price-quality wise but our room didn’t have air conditioning and the heating did not work. The staff is very friendly but they could not get us the heater. The temperature during the night dropped to 16 C. I slept in my clothes, but my husband did not and got cold the next morning. Of course we could not shower neither before or after our sleep. The manager Mr. Andreas came the next day and said that they are going to fix the heating until 1 pm or we can change the room if it is not fixed. We checked the available rooms and he offered us the room 4 as the room 5 was too small for us. He asked to wait until the room would be ready. We waited for 2 hours, the heating was not fixed so we moved. When we were in the car ready to go for lunch the staff came and said that we have to move to other room as our second room is sold and it is for 3 people. We decided to move out.

Sorry we could not stay Gillade · A hotel that promised to pay back but did not keep what was promised. Feels like a NO-SERIOUS HOTEL For us it was impossible to stay at the Hotel. After a nice but cold day in the Troodos Mountains. We arrived frozen and expectant at our check-in time at 3 PM We arrived at the Hotel for Shower and SPA Bath. The entire hotel lacked heat all doors were open. With a Temperature of About 15+ Degrees. And no heat. Same Temperature outdoors as indoors. the heat was started at the same time we arrived The spa bath was not heated would be hot three hours later. Was promised a refund but he could not then. Only the manager could pay back. Despite several requests they have not paid back. Feels like a no-serious hotel If it had been a serious hotel, they would have kept their promise and paid back.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The room was noisy, making it nearly impossible to relax. On top of that, there was an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout our stay. To make matters worse, the room was uncomfortably cold, and the heating system seemed ineffective The curtains were in terrible condition—damaged and partially destroyed, which did nothing to block out the cold or provide privacy. Despite the very high price, there was no breakfast included, and no food service available at all. This lack of basic amenities was incredibly frustrating. Overall, the stay was far from satisfactory and definitely not worth the exorbitant cost. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No worth the money for this tiny dirty hole. Discusting rooms very dirty and owner doesnt care. Just only care about money. The owner is from limassol and the place is on auto pilot cause he is in limassol and the hotel is off bookings. The way that they treat as was not profesional. They dont care about their customers.
