Hotel is nice, if u get a decent room! 1st room was a lovely double room, then 2nd room was like a shed grubby, dated, and depressing! Although after complaining about 2nd room we got a free upgrade to a 1 bed apt! Spotless, n lovely! Staff were nice! Breakfast wasn't to my taste, n not a great selection for a buffet breakfast!

The Episkopiana hotel is located in the outskirts of Episkopi village near the city of Limassol. The popular Kourion beach is approximately 3km away. It's a plain hotel and somewhat dated in need of renovation. It has an outdoor pool and restaurant. The pool bar makes nice frappee coffee and the staff is friendly.

It's a lovely hotel, but not the best (even not the middle) in the Cyprus. Air conditioning is the worst I have ever seen before, you better buy about 5 huge water bottles not to drain up absolutely.

I was already staying in the Hostel, but since I arrived there's been a continues problem with the boiler as I haven't been able to take a hot shower and there's no sanitizer in the toilets and hooks to hang your towels. Super friendly staff. Nice common areas. The rooms are a little small and the lower bunk doesn't have much headspace. Bathrooms are clean but not consistent hot water and one shower runs only off solar so its basically out of service in the evening and cloudy days which leaves a line for the other bathroom.
